Enjoy a warm and relaxed dining experience indulging in the tastes of North Queensland . We like to explore our region's seasonal produce and create contemporary cuisine without compromising the purity of flavour.

The JAM menu offers quick bites for a catch up through to our full a la carte selection. We also have a great special luncheon menu which is always popular.

As the sun sets over the CBD and Castle Hill sit back and relax over dinner at one of the window tables or enjoy the views of the river and CBD lights on the terrace. For a romantic dinner we recommend requesting one of the private booths. Try the Shared Experience a delicious and generous selection, great for 2 or more.

Our wine list offers a generous selection of wines ranging from small Australian producers through to stunning international champagne and wines.

It’s can be really hard to dine out when you can’t eat Gluten. Asking about GF options feels embarrassing and a lack of options simply depressing. While our waitress was very happy to ask the kitchen what I could eat and eager to help the fact that nothing was marked on the menu and that there was really nothing to choose from would be the reason I would not eat here again. My dinner (lamb) while nicely cooked was very lack lustre and needed a sauce. In saying that. The dessert (not an option on the menu- I had to ask the kitchen again what I could eat) and coffee a the end would have me coming back simply for a late evening sweet treat. High praise for the Pino Grigio served. Superb

Excellent service throughout, with a good menu, and plenty of time left between courses. Comfortable chairs and not too noisey. Excellent value and will come again.

A great experience We had the progressive dinner, French then Italian! The food was amazing, the wine equally as good and well matched to the meal The service, outstanding, thank you Paul and others! Will definitely try again

Jam Restaurant was fabulous! My husband and I had a wonderful lunch to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked through the entrance, we felt relaxed. The music, the service and the food exceeded our expectations. Our main meals and desserts were absolutely divine!!! Looking forward to our next visit to Jam Restaurant.

Their lunch special menu is sensational and at $45.00 for 2 courses. seriously good value for money. We both had the Chicken Caesar Salad, quite possibly the best one I've ever had.

The company, service and wine along with the French Amuse & Entrée at Jam were all outstanding so we were really looking forward to our walk across the road to Bridgewater hoping that the Italian Main and Dessert were equally outstanding. Fortunately the company, service and wine were still outstanding because the Italian main was too chewy and dry and the Italian Dessert lacked flavour and was a bit boring and we left somewhat disappointed

We had never been to Jam, but definitely should’ve gone sooner! The service was fantastic, the staff were attentive but not pushy and were extremely polite and affable. Our meals were served promptly, with a nice little break between entree and main. The food was outstanding, with the arancini and calamari entrees being star dishes. We honestly could not find fault with any of our meals. It was reasonably priced, with a very calm and inviting atmosphere, we will definitely be returning to try out some of the other food on offer.
