Steak & Eggs
8oz new york, two eggs any style, breakfast potato
grilled mahi mahi, cabbage, tomato salsa, lime ranch, cilantro
Food was very good and the atmosphere was great for talking with our friends.
We’ve been several times. Steaks are always good. We’ve had just about every side and they are all good as well.
Great food and friendly staff
My go to Vegas restaurant
Visit numerous times with friends
Just not very good service - food wasn’t brought out altogether some plates were not warm. Sever forgot a drink. Dropped silverware off of the plates onto one of our laps. Didn’t offer dessert. Just not got but steak and salmon was good.
We waited 20 minutes to be seated even though we had reservations. It wasn’t close to busy there was more than enough seats opened. Another couple (walk-ins) were seated before us. We were then escorted to the back and seated. The waitress only gave us one menu.
We were given empty cups for awhile. A waiter came to take our order but we weren’t ready since we just sat down, so he left and didn’t return for 30 minutes. Then he was dismissed from our table. We were given another waitress. She was attentive but then was too much.
Our food was okay. It wasn’t that bad. The ranch was white water to be honest. The drink we ordered was very good, though. For us, we didn’t like the vibe the staff gave us.
We won’t come here again.
Was okay, wasn’t the best or as fancy as I thought it would be, but still not the worst spot for a cute daye
Slow and inattentive service. Food was a bit boring. Steak was thinner than anticipated. Should serve bread as well with service
Great food and service. Would bring clients to this location again.
Watch price gouging on drinks different on Bill and watch gratuity
Awful dont go not even good when very hungry and hungover
The food was great and our waiter Scott was amazing! It was my girlfriend's birthday and she mentioned that she was doing Keto and he went about and beyond to bring her strawberries, blueberries and blackberries as her "birthday cake" replacement even breaking down the grams of fat that brought my girlfriend to tears. She was soooo happy.
Really not a great experience. Lots of issues from stem to stern. They had a bourbon list that had no basis in what they actually had 'until next year' - so we ended up going to the bar to figure that out. The server kept taking food to the wrong tables, which was the entertainment portion of the meal and watching the server grab the plates the move them to the right place, foraging for a steak knife for an overcooked filet, but eventually getting through the meal. This was a one and done.
This is gem that doesn't seem to get a lot of attention. The staff is wonderful, the food is perfection. I order my steak well done and the chef knows how to do "well done"... it is never tough, I can cut it with a butter knife. Absolutely wonderful. The sides are shareable and I've not had a bad one. Desserts are delightful.
Today was the second time we had visited Jake and Eli and though the food and service were very good a side of toast (2 slices) costing $5 was exorbitant. No bread was served at lunch as it is at dinner so I had asked for crackers or bread to have with my salad and our server gave the impression she would just include it with the meal. I would never have ordered it had we been told the cost. That is more than an entire loaf. Quite disappointing, especially on Christmas eve.
Wanted a nice, quiet celebratory dinner. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting. Arturo, our waiter, was friendly, informative and service oriented. I am gluten free and he offered to bring me gluten free bread, which is often not an option. We had fillets and they were scrumptious.
Awesome dining experience
Very good food and service, the waiter came out with a hot brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a candle on top. I thought that was so cool
There was a convention in town. Very noise. The food was good. But the convention was very loud and has an effect on the ambiance.
Excellent food and service especially for a late night dinner!! And the service is very good with servers with a nice sense of humor!!
Great food. Our server Ashley was phenomenal! Very funny and friendly. The burgers are amazing!
The rib-eye steak was perfect... the staff was very professional and courteous to my dietary restrictions. I will be back definitely
Wine overpriced...appetizer overpriced...steaks were very good...service was excellent
The chicken wings can only be ordered at the bar and weren't hot when received. The food selection is pretty slim but the filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the bourbon sauce was delicious!!!
Service very good. Food was mixed, great salad w an average stead.
Service was very slow because the server was over-sat. Manager did not seem to notice.
We sat for at least 10min before server was able to come over to get our drink and appetizer order, then our appetizer took another 30min to arrive.
Food was good but I expected much better service from a nice steakhouse.
Had the New York Strip it was so so
It cost anout $31 so it get what you osy for
Potatoes were bland
No bread or anything before meal arrived
When in vegas looking for great steakhouse this is not on the list
1. Food for the price was fair not over the top.
2. Our server was not very pleasant or knowledgeable about the whiskey that they proudly advertise. My wife asked for a recommendation after telling him she likes Jameson and wanted to try something different, He told her to look at the selections without giving a recommendation.
3. Appearance of the restaurant and ambience did not live up to the pictures or pricing
4. When we went to get our car from valet they said did you pay, never told upfront. Attendant said $14 so we went to pay, then told $24 plus and want to charge us $29. After 40 mins of arguing we got out with paying the $14
5. We spent $190 for 3 on dinner plus a small tip due to poor service.
6. Will never set a fool in that Resturant or hotel for the rest of my life and did not get the feeling that they don’t care. They look at it like we got your money and their are more to come!!!!!!!!!!
Steak over cooked, and were understaff
My steak filet mignon was burnt and the squash potatoes had a very horrible taste to them . My husband’s steak (rib eye) wasn’t cooked as well as he asked for it . And I really disliked the services because I expected more
So appreciative of Chef coming out to discuss my wheat allergy. Chicken was best ever as was mashed potatoes.
Service and food were excellent. I had a filet that was cooked perfectly medium rare and I absolutely love the elote. This has become one of our go to places. We dine early around 5PM so the bar next door is a bit noisy, I am sure because that is during their happy hour.
Save your money, don't eat here...Service was aaah ok, they had no unsweetened tea, we got lemonade, gross..we ordered the seafood soup, there was absolutely no seafood I SWEAR, mainly broth, when we told our waitress she said "sorry", didn't take it off, the spinach Dip was good , my salmon was good, will never come back, way to many wonderful steakhouses/seafood restaurants that won't treat their customers like this, DONT EAT HERE AT WESTIN
Felt nauseated after . Waiter seemed annoyed upon my boyfriend strong he has a tree nut allergy
We were in Las Vegas for a family matter. Looking for a steakhouse not on the strip. Did not realize this was a hotel dining are. Not very busy when we arrived. Waitress was attentive, but allowed to linger over our drinks till we placed our order. Food delicious and steaks were cooked to perfection.
Thank you for visiting! We are happy to hear that you had a great meal and our staff was able to take great care of you. We would love for you to come see us again soon.
Food and drinks took a long time to come out when they clearly were not busy. Once things did come out they came out incorrectly.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We take pride in providing great service to our guests but we are sorry to hear we fell short during your visit. We hope you will consider visiting us again, we'd love to make it up to you.
Terrible. They turned us away, saying they were closing.
Good place to eat lunch, located behind Cromwell's/Flamingo. Easy walk from Las Vegas Blvd.
Great waiters and wonderful food.
Thank you for swinging by for lunch! We are happy to hear you had a great experience at our restaurant. We would love for you to come try us out for dinner next time.
