The food taste good. However, the waiting time was too long for us. Our table ordered 10 dishes and one of the member got their food after 45 mins when other have already eaten. Service could possibly imporve.

Disappointed is the most polite word I could use. Staff were unable to communicate. Staff couldn’t understand their own menu. They tried to give us something different to the menu. We didn’t want that but got it anyway. We only ordered 3 items and were even overcharged. Eventually got that sorted out. One meal was over toasted bread and a great bowl of hommus , we received a pizza that was anemic and only had a cheese topping. Just terrible quality overall. All this occurred in the early evening when the place was empty. This is a first for me but I felt compelled to write this honest experience review. Certainly memorable for all the wrong reasons

I went for dinner with my kids as a pre-show treat - we had a table booked for Friday at 5.15pm. Recognising this is a busy time, I was prepared for the noise and a bar-like atmosphere of after-work drinks. We sat in the rear section (more restaurant than bar) with other families. Unfortunately the AFL was being shown on the big screen TVs and there is zero vibe - just the noise from the bar, the sports on TV, and no service. Service overall was poor. When we arrived (myself and 2 kids) we were shown to our table with no welcome and I was given 2 menus and 2 drinks menus but no kids menu. I looked it up on my phone rather than going back through to bar to find a kid's menu. The staff member then left and I presumed we had to order at the bar rather than the restaurant. Again, zero charm from the bar staff when I ordered, and I was given dirty plastic glasses for the kids' drinks. The food was actually nice and decent portions and prices, but I wouldn't bother going again - there are much nicer places with better atmosphere and better service.

Food was tasty however the service was very slow. We had to ask a few times when it for was coming out. We were served one burger which the lady said was a beef burger when it was actually mushroom burger. There were 3 burgers to the come but we had to wait 15 mins just over for the other two meals to come. We all ordered at the same time under the same table number. It should all come around the same time, don't bring out one meal to sit there and get come while we wait for the others. I asked two staff members if it for was nearly ready and they just said soon, never went to check. We had an event to get to and only just made it as we had to wait a long time for our food. I would recommend as the food is great but definitely would tell ppl to come earlier as they would have to wait a long time for food.

It was a spacious and clean venue. The food was adequate in terms of presentation, portion size and taste. The length of the bar made it difficult to initially get attention for ordering purposes, but staff were cheerful and helpful.
