Delicious food with the items being new and a refreshing change for Perth. Though not extensive it’s short and sweet done to perfection.
Service was prompt and intuitive without being invasive.
Perfectly enjoyable evening for couples.
Wonderful to start our New Years celebrations off, good food, wine ans service.
Location and ambience was great. Good selection of share plates and mains. Desserts were limited, joaever made up with the cheese selection.
For the price staff could be a little more attentive and friendly.

Understaffed for the surge. I waited 15 minutes for water and 30 minutes for my appetiser. Shame as the food was outstanding.
The food was really great and I recommend the scallops.
however we didn't have the best night because we have to wait 50 mins for our mains to come out. The night we went the fire alarm went off but we didn't get evacuated, so we did expect it to take longer but not that long. It was also really disappointing that we saw two parties that order after us get their meals and finish before we had ours. They clearly had forgotten about us because they only said sorry and gave us no explanation to why it was taking so long.
Thank you for making my birthday dinner even better last night. I felt thoroughly spoilt. Service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back.

the only suggestion would be to make the wine menu by the glass a bit more extensive
Every was perfect except for the rump steak, it was well grilled but the rump was a bit chewy and very hard to swallow
We had the most wonderful night. The waitress gave us complimentary champagne when we arrived for our birthday. The menu was delicious and interesting. We had four in our party and we choice the Valiance set menu. There was so much food, which our husbands were thrilled about. The service was fantastic and they checked on us for wine and drinks regularly. Thank you we will come again.
A new, Spanish grill at the Intercontinental. Sangria somewhat inconsistent at times, was too sweet but was enjoyable the week prior. Food can be hit and miss. Some dishes are quite well done, tender and succulent. But not perfect. The execution and technical aspects of the dishes can be improved, from seasoning the meat, the consistency of the meat and the presentation.
Pricey, but not the most pricey steakhouse in Perth ($100/100g for the Tomahawk). The meal was okay. But neither memorable nor outstanding in any way.
