Great service and ambience. It's perfect to catch up with friends for private/quiet conversation or for date nights.

No remarkable service. Not enough staffs. Hot temperature, the air cont was not good enough.
The food was not fresh. Ate the terribly deadly smelling oysters.
When we arrived the caucasian staff asked me to take the menu on the bar counter and pick any seat myself instead of escorting us to the table and present the menu nicely.

The caucasian staff's communication with the customers was way too casual. It did not reflect a five star standard.

Great place to get a drink and some snacks. The Wine menu and the food menu is great. Service was poor as we had to get the waiters attention which a very difficult.

Our waitress was very attentive and prompt. The high tea was decadent and tasty and the atmosphere was relaxed and sophisticated. The architecture of the building was a stand out feature.

I chose the Espresso Martini High Tea for a small birthday gathering with a few close girlfriends, It was spectacular- the concept alone sold me, but the service, attention to detail and general experience was superb. Would definitely recommend!

Two star tea in 5 star hotel. Scones served with whipped cream not double clotted cream as described in the menu. Sandwiches boring, breaded/tempura prawns served in a little paper bowl with sauce underneath it, brownie heavy, served cold from the fridge, chocolates shop bought instead of maybe little home made truffles. A very disappointing tea for a very special occasion. Service very polite, friendly and efficient was the only good thing about the whole experience.
