Ring in the New Year at INKO NITO with great DJ's a photo booth and cocktail bar on the patio. For $85 pp, guests can enjoy a four courses including a welcome cocktail courtesy of Soto sake and sashimi pairing, robatayaki dishes, dessert and a complimentary glass of bubbles at midnight.

Really interesting place in the heart of the Art District: a tongue and cheek take on contemporary Japanese cuisine, starting from the name. Great food and great service!
Always a great experience at INKO NITO. Top notch service and food. Yellowtail collars are delicious and meaty. Beef cheek is well seasoned and so tender.
Wasn't blown away by anything, but decent food and cool patio.
We had the "Omakase" Tasting menu, nine courses. Amazingly fresh Sashimi. Yellowtail salad was subtle and light. The scallops skewer was succulent and flavorful. Beef Cheeks were incredible and the Branzino a delight. Meats that literally melt in your mouth. The brulee was excellent although I could do without the soya caramel cream it was topped with... the contrast of flavors was too much and disappointing. I look forward to returning, I have too try their baby back ribs. Two thumbs way up.
Very good food and service. Relaxed atmosphere on a Saturday night. A few of the dishes seemed overpriced for the amount served, but otherwise delicious Japanese style food.

Restaurant seems to have taken a step backwards. First two times I went it was spectacular. This time was below average (poor service, lesser menu, etc.). Will not return, unfortunately.
The service here can be a hit or miss. While our server was very kind - it took two appetizers to come out before I had to flag him down for our drinks.
The food came out slow, I know grilling takes time - but felt like the restaurant pace was moving must slower than it should’ve been.
It also appears to be that their menu has since changed. Personally I preferred the menu from when they first opened in LA. The portions as maki rolls are too small to taste any of the distinct ingredients they offered. I hope they go back to the way they use to serve them.
However, all the grilled and vegetable portions are delicious and well portioned.
Ambience is always great, but as I mentioned service can always be a hit or miss.
Server was awesome! Sat by the grill and the food was awesome, portions are just right and order numerous items and share, great for two people cause most of the food is prepared that way. We will be back for sure

I went on a Sunday evening, no crowds, and easy to get a table indoor, outdoor, or at the bar. Great Food, drinks and great service. What else can I ask for?

I love having you guys in the neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is simple + fresh with a menu selection that suits any diet. I’ve taken friends who are vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, and it’s always enjoyable.

Food took WAY too long. I think they forgot about our wagyu steak, it took over 30 minutes from the time we ordered it. They had a $59.00 menu which no one told us about we had already ordered apps. It was just all mediocre service and food for the price. It does have very nice decor, plants everywhere. I'm pretty disappointed was looking forward to a great evening here as we were celebrating a birthday. Not encouraged to go back.

My girlfriend and I came for DineLA. We sat outside, it was nice. Then everything went to crap. Waiter was rude and gave us weird looks when we asked questions about the food. The food kept coming out in weird orders. Not like menu advertised on dine LA. Got fish. Then steak. Then side dishes, then our other appetizer came out. Food was cold. Kept asking for napkins. Kept bringing paper napkins. Finally I said dude bring me a cloth napkin like every table has. He brought one napkin. There were two of us. Both of us got soy sauce on our pants. Need to get cleaned. FYI, after the first course I went up to him separately to not upset my girlfriend saying his attitude needs to change because he was making us uncomfortable. After our final dish he finally asked if we wanted a refill on drinks. Overall this was a horrible date night experience. When you spend $180 for two people you expect good service and non cold food.
The restaurant itself is decorated thoughtfully and trendily, with attentive service. All the positives end there, however, which is not a good sign when food isn't mentioned as one of the positives of a dining experience.
Everything ordered (a mix of appetizers/snacks, entrees, and skewers) lacked ANY kind of flavor. Every single item my party and I ordered was haplessly bland. I wish I could tell you our food was delicious because it was salty, spicy, juicy, or anything...but it was none of those things. The food here sits right in the middle of any taste spectrum; perfectly neutral and not leaning toward any extreme. The food here is simply lifeless. I can't recommend anyone I know to give Inko Nito a try considering the food items here are on the pricey side. You could have a more tasty meal at Gyu Kaku (and I hate Gyu Kaku). Will not be returning and definitely do not recommend.

Pass- not a big fan of cold edamame regardless but lots of ice chips on the pod.
Host- was very confused working on his iPad when we walked in. Hate it when someone is incapable of just saying “hello and I’ll be right with you.”
Space was cool. Maybe try the meats next time if I ever go back? C+.
Service in the beginning from all our servers was great! Food was wonderful especially the sea bream and wagyu skewers. When it came to dessert, they took a long time to bring out the coconut soft serve, but I think they had brought it out to the wrong table.

I really enjoyed every dish we were served from the sashimi to the wagyu beef on a skewer.
The quality of the food has diminished considerably since Inko Nito first opened. So disappointing!

Ordered from here once and it was pretty good so decided to come here and try everything FRESH. It did not disappoint. Very cool spot and the food comes out super fast since they've got a piping hot yakitori grill in the center of the restaurant, but unlike other places, the smell will not attach to you! Great ventilaition for it. Otherwise, everything was delicious. Maybe don't get the sashimi as it's not that many pieces, but definitely go for the truffle yellowtail and the grilled corn!

Love! The grilled broccoli, corn was amazing. A perfect salad with radishes was a Star, as well as the salmon & the coconut ice cream with a wonderful smoky flavor. Outstanding little find.

What a cool and hip restaurant! Love the space and the decor. Love everything about it. Love the music they play, gives the place a good energy.
Service was great and food was good. The two popular dish they ran out on an early evening which was a bummer. The skirt steak was a bit chewy. But everything else was divine. Skewers, nigiri, bone marrow, Brussels sprouts all tasted wonderful.
Definitely will go back and hopefully they won’t run out of wagyu beef skewers.
