With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.

Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.

He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

The service and the food were outstanding and of a high standard. I am not sure if Michelin stars are being considered in the Caribbean. Infini sure deserves a Michelin recognition. We have been Infini from its early start up unto this day. We have seen and tasted the evolution of the Chefs talent. Chef Urvin Croes has been the example of how a Chef can and needs to re-event and develop its kitchen, Chapeau we will keep on rooting for you. Well done!

We came on our last night in Aruba. The staff and chef were excellent. Food is top notch. Make sure you do the wine pairing. It makes the whole meal come together. Get there a little early for a nice welcome drink. I had so many dishes I would not have tried before. The history of the island comes alive with the food and people. Thank you!

Truly exceptional dining on the same level of any Michelin star restaurant. Goes without saying that the food is delicious, novel and exciting. Nothing like we’ve eaten before. Staff is helpful and generous. If you like fine dining, this is the place.

Thank you! We had an incredible night last night. The whole experience was perfect. Not only did every plate look incredible, a piece of art, but the flavors were delicious with each bite. Each plate had a story that the staff presented. I highly recommend anyone who wants to have an incredible evening with incredible food and incredible people to make a reservation. Bravo to you and your staff. We will definitely be back. Oh and the take home cupcake was to died for!

Infini is an excellent dining experience. Each course is carefully curated to a theme that entails both local ingredients and traditional culture that encapsulates fresh ingredients that are in season within Aruba. Each dish has its own story and every bite is an adventure. This tasting menu is not only thoughtfully designed and prepared with precision but extremely flavorful at the same time. I’ve been to Infini three times now and every experience has blown me away. Don’t hesitate to book this restaurant it’s worth it!
