Vibe if the place was immaculate, food was pricey and not as good as expected (pork belly was lush though). The check in qr was annoying but it was good overall.
It was ok for £35
Unlimited food was a bit dull but at least my friend and I got two bottles of Prosecco
Sorry you didn't approve of our time out award winning brunch.
Very cool and nice. Staff were awesome. We were running late and the staff called us to check if we were still coming. Food was delicious.
Thanks for the feedback -delighted you had a great night out - hope to see you again soon
We ate at Inamo on a Saturday early evening, 6.30 booking and it was fairly busy already which we saw as a good sign. We were seated fairly quickly and the waitress came and told us how it all worked.
No one has a name badge and no one told us their name, so not sure how many of the reviews have specific names. The interactive menu felt fun at first but then got a bit annoying as you couldn't just flick and read, you had to navigate back to the main menu to then get to the next bit so it was a little fiddly.
The food choices are interesting. The sushi was good but the Tapas was very expensive and when the food came, we thought they were very over priced. The chicken satay was dry and cold from sitting out although tasty and a small portion for over £10. The beef tataki and salmon were very tasty also but again quite expensive.
The most disappointing yet tastiest dish was the popcorn prawns. The images were of a decent portion of bite size prawns, but when they came the size of the portion made us all laugh. It was really very small for the price but again very tasty.
So were were done in less than an hour, spent nearly £110 for 4 of us which had one beer, 3 small plates and two large, oh and a rice. We left hungry. Way too expensive for what it is and the interactive system sure needs updating. The service was good, all the waiting staff were friendly but the idea is fun but delivery needs work.
Thanks for your feedback Aimee - sorry this wasn't for you. we will look at how from you feedback we can improve.
Found the experience over rated.
Food was mediocre at best, well apart from the cheapest item we brought, which was the octopus.
Other then that I wouldn’t recommend it.
The sweet and sour chicken was full of yellow peppers and a minimal amount of chicken.
The lollipop chicken was terrible, lightly breaded chicken wings with sweet chilli sauce on top.
I don’t know what dishes they pride themselves on but the tapas menu is definitely not a part of it.
I could go through the rest of the items we ordered but I’d probably run out of space.
For the price we paid I would have been more satisfied at my local oriental takeaway shop of a quarter of the price.
A restaurant like this shouldn’t even dare ask for service charge, all they do is bring food to your table, they don’t take your order as it all done on the interactive table, so the one job that we needed was to bring forks and somehow this task took longer then necessary.
Overall this was not worth my time or money!
Working in this industry aswell probably made me more critical but I wasn’t impressed with the overall experience.
Thanks for the feedback - we don't ask for service charge in fact we unlike most west end restaurants removed this from our bills when we reopened. Thanks for your feedback - sorry this wasn't for you and we will tke your views and try to move forward
Good place for sushi en soho, tapas are v nice but not that much variety of sushi
Thanks for the feedback Paula - we have 15 items of sushi on our menu and feel this gives a good selction
Food was decent but was nowhere near a good value for what was given. Interactive menu was also very limited unlike the menu outside the restaurant. Good atmosphere and helpful staff.
Thanks for the feedback Beebs - sorry this didn't quite hit the mark.
Food was great, very tasty and fresh. Good selection of dishes
Thanks and we look forward to welcoming you back
Food was underwhelming, would go back or recommend. Staff were however great.
Sorry this wasnt for you - we appreciate the feedback and delighted you enjoyed our staff's hospitality
We had a voucher for the bottomless food/drink, and we really got our money's worth. The food and drink were great quality and delicious! The interactive tables are a very cool idea and lots of fun. We had a great time and plan to come back soon!
Delighted you had such a lovely time Lond - we hope to see you again
Food was great and very fresh tasting. Bit on the pricey side, but understandable given location. My main issue with Inamo is the price of drinks. Unnecessarily expensive, no need to have such a high margin on the drinks... The fact there is a 30p difference in nce between a pint of beer and a 330ml bottle says it all. Good experience, wouldn't go again purely for pricing... Unless I win lottery
Thanks for your feedback - delighted you like the food - sorry you feel the drinks are not great value, the difference in the beer is due to the price received from suppliers. Sorry you feel that way but the price is also benchmarked versus other local operators.
Our table felt like a quick added covid table. Felt like we wasn’t even in the restaurant. Food was expensive, small portions and wasnt great. The interactive table was fun and easy to use.
None of our tables have been added - in fact we have taken out 10 tables for social distancing - as the projectors are fixed into the ceiling the restaurant can not be changed around - these give us the ability to project the interactive images to the tables. Thanks you for the feedback
Excellent service. Food was delicious and we loved the whole experience.
Thanks Helen - we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
the food tasted as if it had been microwaved and then drenched in sauce. Not that much variety to chose from and only 4 games to play.
sorry to be the bearer of Bad news but we dont microwaves - thanks for the feedback though
Nice food, although they didn't have the full menu, staff were helpful and friendly, nice quiet atmosphere for a relaxed meal.
BoBo thanks for the review - sorry there were a couple of items missing - certain products are hard for suppliers to get for us at the moment - we are working hard with our dedicated suppliers to sort this. Delighted you had a great time
Very nice I like
Thanks for the feedback - delighted you enjoyed
Great food and fun set up with table ordering. Vegan menu is a little limited but tasty.
Thanks Alison for the feedback - we will see what we can do going forward to bring on more vegan dishes
Average food, high price! Whilst the interactive aspect was cool, and quite fun, it wasn’t particularly up to date. If you consider the amount they charge for food (£16 for some tasty, but greasy noodles, £10 for some aubergine.. maybe more?) it’s definitely NOT worth a visit. They should modernise their decor, technology and food.
Thanks for your views Georgina
Great food, we went for the set menu and all dishes we got were delicious! The service was friendly and helpful.
Thanks for the feedback - delighted to understand that you had a great time
Very average food for the price, drinks also very expensive, even for London!
Thanks for the feedback - sorry you felt the value for money wasn't there.
Food is not good at all! The tables and ambiance is good though, as well as service quick and friendly staff.
sorry to hear you did not like the food - pleased to hear the team did look after you well and you enjoyed the concept.
Despite the reduced menu good vegetarian options and the novelty of ordering at your table on this projected screen made the visit quite fun and enjoyable! However, the service was very poor. We were sat down and informed that kitchen closes in 45 mins, but then had to wait 10-15 mins for someone to activate our places and let us know how ordering works. We received food before we received our plates and cutlery and components of dishes had sauces missing. The restaurant was at half capacity but service seemed to run at half of that... its a shame really as by removing the element of ordering for wait staff you’d think they’d speed up other tasks. Food was good though!
Sorry to hear this - we will discuss today at our weekly debrief with the team and find out what happened with the service on Wednesday evening
Really poor meal, price for what you get is not good. Came for my birthday and got the 4 dishes set meal. Didn’t receive one dish after asking 2 times and we was told we would still have to pull for al 4! After much arguing back and forth the waitress begrudgingly removed our soft drinks... really rude and poor service
We are very sorry to hear this - thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will fully investigate this with the team and the Restaurant Manager and address the findings. Sorry this impacted the day. we will email you privately
Very short menu for set deal, very average food, poor deal, loud ambience - bare walls meant people talking was magnified and unpleasant. Cheap food choices on set menu and not good value for £35. Would never go again, and won;t recommend.
Sorry you feel this is limited, but there are 26 items in the unlimited menu so a little strange. Sorry this wasnt for you
We booked online two weeks before the day but when we arrived the restaurant was closed!
Sorry due to issues with the reopen we had to delay by 1 day - our team did try to contact all guests and move them to our sister sites. sorry that we were not able to contact you, we did ring your at 3.40pm on the day but were unable to leave a message
The ambience was good and so was the service. The tables were too close to each other for my liking and for the price we paid to dine here.
Fun place; quite nice food though I probably would choose different dishes next time. But there are plenty more to choose from
Food was very expensive but lacked quality and taste
was ok for a one off experience with the interactive tables but wouldn't rush back.
Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience with us, perhaps try another one of our venues?
Very noisy with karaoke party happening downstairs. Place looks like could do with a makeover. Concept is fun and staff friendly. Food ok, nothing special and not worth the £125 for two people to eat with 1 drink each. Wouldn’t recommend.
Did bottomless brunch. Very generous portions that came very quickly. Food was delicious. Friendly attentive service.
Thank you for the 5* star and be sure to visit us again soon.
The menu is extremely limited, the food was horrible, rice was cold and I didn’t know it was possible to get prawns wrong but I’ve been proven otherwise. Also had an upset stomach after. Would never recommend.

We booked the table online and was disappointed with the service and ambiance as we were seated downstairs where the lighting was poor and made it difficult to read the allergen menu. Which could be fatal for allergy sufferers. We all were surprised as there was plenty of seating upstairs and we were the only ones seated downstairs. When asked why the lady replied and said we could only sit upstairs for an hour. This is not what’s stated on your website and seemed unfair. You should make this clear on your website and treat everyone fairly.
Also we asked the waitress to check with the chef if two dishes contained dairy and the chef said it didn’t, however the allergen menu showed it did. We asked the waitress to check again as we pointed it out on the menu. She checked again with the chef and the chef said to go with the menu. This is very alarming that the chef didn’t know especially considering the increase in allergies since the recent loss of young lives.
The service charge was far too high for the service we received, the food was tasty but over priced for what you get. Finally they need to treat everyone fairly and offer the options on where parties can be seated.

service was all over the place, diners including our table kept getting the wrong orders food was good, drinks expensive, we were seated downstairs next to karaoke room and it was just too loud don't think we will return
Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, were sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us and hope you will visit us again in the future. Perhaps our Covent Garden or Camden venue?
Almost didn’t come here due to a few bad reviews! Glad I ignored it. The food was amazing. Honestly wish I could have fit in more. Loved the interactive tables and being able to order food/drinks yourself. Definitely worth trying out if you’re on the fense!
Glad to hear it and looking forward to you becoming a regular at inamo! See you again soon!
Very average food, no ambience whatsoever .. the only fun is the interactive tables that keeps you entertained for 10 min.
Glad you liked our interactive tables, sorry to hear we weren't for you.
Staff were ok but not hugely friendly. Asked for waiter to come via the button but no one came. Food too expensive
Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, we will look into this for you regarding the button. Hope you give us another try.
Went with a family 2 adults 2 kids for a birthday. The restaurant is a little shabby and feels a bit 1980s along with the technology - the table toptouch imaging systems are incredible fun for a family to be able to pick anything of the menu and it arrives minutes later. You can play games watch the kitchen make the food even change the table cloth! The graphics are very much dated and a bit clunky but an awful lot of fun. The food is ok - very average Japanese food but excellent fast service and friendly staff. Also very expensive at £50 head including alcohol but worth a visit for the unique experience
Glad you liked our interactive tables - we take on board your feedback. Join us again soon.
Amazing food and excellent idea of interacting with the tech menu
Thank you for your review, I’m happy that you enjoyed your meal and the interactive tables.
Great novelty and staff were friendly and courteous.
The food tasted good but be warned - some of the pictures on the interactive table of the meals were not representative of the dish. Pork belly picture, for example, far bigger than the actual dish.
2 adults and a small appetite 12 year old with no alcohol - nearly £120. Felt a little pricey for what we actually ate. We ordered mostly vegetarian dishes.
If bill was £30 less than I would recommend but not worth the money to return. Possibly worth it as a one off novelty.
We take on board the comments of our food and glad you enjoyed our friendly service and hope to welcome you as a customer again soon.
Food was absolutely awful, stringing fatty salmon, poor tasting, poor quality grade fish. If you are a fish/ sashimi lover and know your stuff, do not go here. If you like bad quality food that is over priced it’s the place for you. Great concept, but food is terrible and the restaurant is run down needs a refurb, toilets are filthy.
