Ilios Noche -(Quail Corners Shopping Center)
Traditional Greek dishes like grilled octopus and souvlaki, Italian staples with a twist like boutique pizzas, have made Ilios Noche a favorite dining spot in Charlotte.
pita, pickled onions, tzatziki, herb vinaigrette, lettuce, served with greek fries or chickpea salad
marinara, aoli, greek olives
Our waiter Matthew was excellent. Funny, kind, and accommodating. The restaurant was very very loud with the band though, but the food was great.
Ilios Noche is one of my favorite restaurants.
This time it was quite noisy due to a live performer with sound turned up too loud. We requested the amplifier be turned down and all the manager said was “it is not like this on Saturday. I’ll talk with him, but don’t think it can change”.
The service was somewhat slow, though friendly.
Food was yummy; but the menu has changed and done of my favorites are missing.
Our go-to restaurant! The food is always great. We love the chicken parm and Brussels sprouts. I appreciate the $15 birthday gift I received in my email. And then a surprise birthday dessert! Love our neighborhood restaurant!
Love the people and the food
Every bite of food was delicious and the service was impeccable! My family definitely plans on being a regular here.
Delicious food! We come here every few months for date night!
We always enjoy Ilios. Our waiter was excellent and food was good as always! We had the calamari and zucchini chips to start, and calamari was very tender and those zucchini chips are addictive! I enjoyed the seasonal salad with salmon and the others in my party had the beef short rib, Greek salad, Caesar with salmon, and the kababs. We all enjoyed our meals and the timing of the courses. Another great experience here!
Our server had no personality whatsoever. She needs another profession
Unfortunately the music was too loud, (and we were in the back of the dining room. Not in the front near the band.)We asked if the music could be turned down and it did come down some but not enough. This restaurant is such a wonderful spot for neighborhood dining. The music should reflect comfort and relaxation, not over ride conversation. I visited a month earlier for dinner and the jazz music was a wonderful addition to our dining experience. The music then was much more subdued.
Amazing, attentive service and delicious, unique food
Great date night spot, I was surprise how bright it was at 8 pm other than that everything was delicious, salmon is a must!
Good service and food
Went for Valentine’s Day! Bartenders and waitress great, but couldn’t seat us until hour late which we were fine but had to beg to get one app free of charge for wait, told us had to pay for an entire three course meal to get app. Then when got to table every one of us tried to order off preset menu and they came back after some time passed and said out of items(4 diff items). Poorly managed and did not offer to cover any cost when dinner was very Late served and ran out of a lot of items. We understood busy night but definitely not how it should have been handled.
We usually dine at the Providence Rd. restaurant and have always loved it. This dinner was at Quail Corners for Valentines Day. Menu was pre-fixe at $58 for 3 courses. A bit pricey for what you get. Food quality was good though they were slammed and I must say I have had better. Our server was very nice but not knowledgeable. She could not answer our questions and foiled up our appetizer order. We will definitely go back on less busy occasions and stuck with Providence Rd
Loved our Valentines Dinner!! Was amazing!! The band was great too. We had a nice waiter and the service was fast and they didn’t miss a beat!! We brought a new couple to the restaurant and they will be back. Thanks for a job well done!!
Reliable as always. Limited menu on Valentine's Day. Lamb chops were very good. My wife enjoyed her salmon. We eat at Ilios fairly often and my only issue with the dinner was the price. Mea culpa because I knew the price when I booked the reservation (although the menu was not posted at that point).
My wife and I thought Ilios Noche would be a great choice for our Valentine’s dinner. We were wrong. I reserved our table via Open Table - so we had no idea we would be treated to a “Special” Valentine's menu ($58 per person for 3 courses). On any other evening, the Atlantic Salmon and a Greek Salad would be $26. The Valentine’s "Special" adds in a dessert and more than DOUBLES the bill, adding $32 to their regular price! Of course, by then we were committed - we had no choice but to stay and order - since every other restaurant was booked. Gotcha. When I ordered a $34 bottle of California Sauvignon Blanc, the waiter did the up sell: “We may be out of that one, I’m not sure ... would you like to select another one? Or ... do you prefer that one?” I replied that I really DID prefer the California! As luck would have it, they still had a supply of this less expensive bottle. I told the waiter I was really hungry and asked which entree would fill me up. He suggested I order the Mediterranean Grilled Striped Bass. My sad, meager little fish arrived on a plate accompanied by nothing other than a handful of dry arugula and 6 little capers. The bass was very tasty - all 5 bites of it. My $58 Valentines dinner disappeared in less than 60 seconds. (To give me something to do while my wife ate her dinner, I ordered a Smokey Rye - which was the highlight of my visit.) I have no qualms whatsoever about spending just over $200 on a great meal for two - but this Valentine’s Day dinner was a pricey disappointment. Afterwards I was thrilled to find a nearby Wendy’s drive-thru so I didn’t go home hangry.
Good food and service. Excellent price point. Sat in the back so noise level was comfortable
All good except a guy at the table next to us, who came as part of a family group of 5 set his phone on the table and was watching a basketball game at a volume which extended beyond his table. Staff didn’t respond to my request to discuss this with the patron. However I did approach the individual very gently and he apologized and immediately lowered the volume.
Food was excellent. Servers were very attentive.
Everything was delicious. The service was outstanding. It was a very pleasant evening. Can’t wait to return .
Ilios Noche at Quail Corners accommodated our large group with professionalism and ease. Many guests were from out of town and loved the introduction to this wonderful restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant for good food, good drink, and good service.
Always good food and friendly service. Chefs flexible on changes to sides etc.
First time but won’t be the last!!!
Great food. The Chicken-Lemon soup is to die for. It is the best we have ever had anywhere.
Great service and really good food! My family of four went during restaurant week to try it out and were very pleased. My wife and I had the restaurant week menu while our daughters orders off the regular menu. The falafel is chunky, which we weren’t use to, but still tasty. The spinach pie and mushroom pizza were a big hit with my girls. The calamari and zucchini chips were great appetizers. My wife had the dry rub ribs and I had braised lamb. All delicious!
A little confusion by the wait staff on whether the lemon chicken soup was dairy-free, but it was quickly sorted out.
Really good - mix of Greek and Italian flavors. Had the Humus sampler - the beet humus is outstanding, Zucchini chips, Greek Meatballs and stuffed grape leaves (first time I tried them - outstanding) - I had the lollypop lamb chops - really nice flavor, also the lasagna (good) my wife had the osso buca which she loved. Save room for dessert - the have fried donuts - which are to die for.
I will and already have recommended IIios Noche to friends everything was just perfect and I will be going again.
Our cocktail that we ordered was very, very good! Kudos to the bar staff. Our food was delicious. The menu is Mediterranean, and everything was fresh and tasted really good.
Service was excellent! Hostess Natalia was delightful, the best!
The live music made our night!
Amazing! Was my diste time and was perfect!!!
Great food and service. Love the new menu choices.
We had a reservation but when we arrived we were told it would be a little while before our table would be ready. They saw we had a reservation but just didn’t actually reserve a table for us. We ended up having to sit at the bar because we didn’t have a lot of time - which is why we made the reservation. The food was good though and the bar tender was nice and she took great care of us.
I always love this restaurant - one of my favorites in Charlotte and as always, it was wonderful.
We sat in the back corner booth which is near a waiter workstation. It was very noisy there as the wait staff seemed to congregate in that area and talk without concern that both my wife and I were celebrating our birthdays and having a meal. At times it was very noisy and would not sit in that area again.
Quick bite to eat on a Sunday afternoon. Always a favorite.
Favorite Charlotte Restaurant!! Salmon is best entree and I love the Kale/Beet salad. Be sure you request bread...it is amazing, but hey have only served it to me when requested.
I always enjoy my meal at Ilios. My only complaint is the service. The waiters seem very unhappy and not very friendly.
