There was no hostess at check in so we waited. Several employees were hugging and high fiving I'm front of us totally ignoring us. A party walked in behind us and they were finger waved right in, over our heads. I finally asked if someone could seat us and was told someone will be right with us ... We left and had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant next door.

Loved the atmosphere, decor, service and cocktails. The food was delicious, just a bit pricey. Overall, a nice date night.

My opinion is not very good since they were CLOSED when we arrived on Tuesday night!!!

We were a group of four adults. The tables were spaced out and all staff were wearing masks to comply with Covid requirements. We mixed family style and a la carte meals. The food was very good and enjoyed by all. Portions were more than ample with leftovers from take home. We ordered the chicken parm, pork chops and chicken scarpariello Il vizio family style with penne a la vodka as a side dish. The appetizers and desserts were also good. We look forward to going back.

Have been using Open Table for years- made reservation for my husband and I for our wedding anniversary. Got a babysitter and was excited to celebrate. Got to restaurant and they were closed. They clearly do not have OpenTable connected with their software. Called restaurant no answer or voicemail. I have always used Opentable but now am going to call restaurant to confirm. Fortunately it was a Tuesday so we were able to find availability near by but was then rushed to get back home in time for sitter.

It was a great experience to go to Il Visio Park. I wish I could have given it six stars for service and for food. It was just that good. The maître d’ was very helpful with recommendations and I would highly advise you to take him up on it as the food was fantastic. The Waiters and bus boys were more than attentive and were there too take your order or fill up your water glasses as needed. This will definitely be on my list to go back at the next chance I get

The food was amazing and so was the service Luigi took great care of us. After a problem with the order he rectified it with buying us A round of drinks. He is hands on and takes Pride and values all of his customers. I had the calamari appetizer and the shrimp with spinach and a baked pasta all one better than the next. The only complaint I had was the noise level as they had a wedding and DJ going on during dinnerBut we made the best of it. Highly recommend and will definitely return

Went on a Saturday with my wife and another couple. There was a wedding party going on in private area so wait staff was a little taxed working the regular part of the restaurant. The owner Luigi was very accommodating and explained the situation and continually kept checking on us and personally waiting on us. He made sure we were taken care of. The food was amazing, appetizer to main course, and the bill was very fair for the food and service we received. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The owner had our table set up and was quick to take our drink order. The Tai Calamari was to die for with a little kick. I'm a big fan! The Shrimp IL VIZIO is a healthy delicious option for those looking to save on some calories and save it for dessert. The Chicken cutlets were sliced thin (which is a must for me) we had the penne vodka which was perfect. The staff and the food was top notch!! A must try!!

Great food great service and friendly exciting vibes

My husband and I plus another couple totally enjoyed our food. The food was excellent and the service was great. Everything was delicious including the warm bread. We will definitely go again and recommend it to our family and friends. The manager was friendly and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Beautiful ambiance; great waiter; delicious food. A bit pricey.

When we arrived, they did not have our reservation, which we made through OpenTable. We ended up waiting a half hour, however, they made things right with us in the end. Everything else was great.

Valentine’s Day was made special by having dinner here.

When you walk in the hostess barely greets you, she seemed super flustered and as if she didn’t know what to do. Was seated and waited twenty minutes for water and thirty minutes for a server. When the server came over he said oh I guess I’ll be your server today. There was no drink menu , specials were not told to us. It was our first time dining there and we didn’t know how the portions worked. Food quality was terrible, service terrible , got the branzino which tasted like a dirty fish tank. Opted to not get dessert since we would have had to wait another half hour for service. We watched our drinks sit at the bar for 20 minutes. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The sad part is I was booking this restaurant for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding but good thing I tried the food first. 100% would never recommend

Could not have been better. We took our kids (2 & 6) at 5:15pm on a Saturday. We try to go out to eat early with the kids. Staff made us feel welcome and the food didn’t miss a beat. Grilled calamari app and the lobster ravioli were amazing. Hope this place stays.

Good was very good. Waiter very nice but it took a very long time to get our drinks.

I wanted to love it here. I’ve been to the other Il Vizio in Broadway and loved it and was expecting everything for the most part to be pretty similar. That was not the case. I have zero complaints about the service. Our waiter was very attentive and we were seated right on time. The food was just ok, I ordered a special they had for the evening, braised short rib, which was good. But I had it over risotto, and the risotto really lacked in flavor and was basically mushy white rice. The waiter offered us espresso and cappuccino, we asked about dessert, to which he replied let me see what we have. There was no dessert menu, no after dinner drinks. He came back and said all they had was tortufo, which was fine. I had ordered sambuca with my espresso, but the waiter came back and said they didn’t have any. Big disappointment. He apologized and said dessert was on him. Overall it just seemed like they still have a lot of things to work out. Sadly I don’t think we will be back.

We had a wonderful time at dinner. Vizio Park has a great decor and the food was very good.

We walked out after a half hour. After we were seated we never saw the wait staff again. Total confusion...

Solid meal. Staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu. Would like to see appetizer pizzas with that brick oven. Didnt see on menu. No wine list yet, looking forward to seeing that in future. Overall we had a great dinner and will be back.

The week before was great when my wife and I went alone
The following Saturday I told my friends about the place after talking it up and it was not as good
We had a 7pm reservation we did not get seated until 7:30
We asked for specific items that were on the menu to find out they were out of it or the kitchen was backed up
I felt bad for the waiter Connor he was trying his best but you can see they did not have enough staff
The dinner was almost 3hrs before we left
I know the owners are experienced restaurant owners and should have the experience in ordering and ensuring proper staffing.
Not sure I will be back
