    We stopped in as a group for Breakfast (pre-booked) and sat outside. Was incredibly busy on a Saturday morning - lots of foot traffic and the local church had set up a brick-a-brac stall right next door so there were people (and dogs) everywhere. Coffee was great but breakfast was so-so. It was also quite warm sitting outside. Regretfully 2 of our party who made the same menu selection had their food delivered over-cooked then experienced stomach complaints later in the day. I think it's still worthwhile supporting a local business, however perhaps the evening might be a better opportunity to enjoy hospitality at this particular venue.

    The restaurant communicated to us early in the morning of the booking to say that the kitchen was closed on Dec 27th. I appreciated the contact as we knew what they had available.

    I had booked a table. Arrived at the venue and enquired where it was. A gentleman behind the bar shrugged his shoulders, pointed to a table and said "just sit there'. Very rude. Won't be returning

    Service was outstanding. Staff lovely and approachable. Atmosphere great, live music outside. Felt table service should be offered however, as ordering at the counter automatically feels less special. Perhaps introduce an ordering system via phones for delivery?

    We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience of the "Taste of Italy" special dinner events. The journey of enjoying the specialties, food and wine, of tonight's Italian region of Italy, gave us a great insight, and we are looking forward to the next regional dinner event. The service was as always fantastic, and the ambience and company really made it to a special night.

    Food, service and venue all fantastic. We went on a Friday night and there was live music for the customers. He was singing and playing guitar outside the cafe and it was very enjoyable.
