Great selection of Spanish tapas with excellent service from Antonio and Rika. Antonio guided us through the menu and made great recommendations for food and wines. We loved the design of the restaurant and can see all the care into all the details. Hope to dine there again.
Great food lovely staff. Had a super night. Will be back
Food was excellent, table and bwr service not very attentive and we always had to catch the attention of the staff when we were looking to order more food and drink.
Me and my boyfriend had high expectations for this dining. We found the place while we where shopping the day before, and really looked forward. The place is looking so detail oriented and beautiful - so the expectations on the food, was, quit high. But we wasn't satisfied unfortunately. It was sharing food, but we didn't get any spoons for the trays, had to ask your self. Didn't get any presentations of the food, just "here you go". We really appreciate good food and eat out a lot, are from Denmark but lives here in Glasgow, and love to try new places. Luckily a nice guy, Spanish I think, asked me how everything was? I was honest, said the place was beautiful, but the food wasn't as expected. He came back two minutes after, with meat and cheese on the house and his apology, which made the service much better. Thank's for that - that's how you react on unsatisfied costumers! Just to add, the girl with long blond hair was also very kind.
Have recommended this place to many friends and family
The food is amazing and staff very friendly and helpful
The decor and atmosphere is very relaxed and stylish
The food was wonderful, both the traditional tapas and inventive new ones.
Leo runs a great team, who convey his processional, relaxed and comfortable manner. Everyone is super pleasant, and very helpful. The service is matched by high quality food standard that we're alays delighted with.
Good food , great care over dietary requirements . Friendly service but not overbearing . We generally find that we are looked after well here , especially if Leo and Gori are on . Our wine waiter seemed unaware we had ordered a bottle of Torremayor and not just a glass , but that was just a minor blip . I have recommended Iberica to many friends and shall continue to do so. Had a nice ambience for a sunny Wednesday evening in Glasgow
It was very quiet on a Sunday lunch. Wine selection wasnt great and seemed expensive. Service was friendly and warm but slow, and a "lingering lunch" became a bit frustrating having to wait for drinks, plates to be cleared, menus and then for coffees . Bill for 4 excluding tip, and one bottle of wine was £120. This was based on 9 tapas and 4 coffees. Decor lovely, food was fine, but it didn't compete with others in same market for me.
My friend and I went for dinner and drinks. Everything was absolutely delicious and the staff were so attentive. Perfect setting for any type of night out
Iberica is a lovely casual dining experience. The food reminds you of a hot summer in Spain, the staff are very attentive.
Pricey for small and pretty very average tapas. One dish neither of us couldn’t eat, might be a person preference but it was so bitter. The server kindly said they’d take the dish off the bill but unknown to me until I’d left the restaurant that voided the lunch deal and we ended up paying more than we would have if the dish was left on the bill. I’m sure that’s an innocent error but I have to say overall I didn’t really enjoy the taste of the food and despite having 3 dishes each I left hungry.
Great evening with delicious food and wines . They accommodate my husband's gluten intolerance really and are very attentive , ensuring there is no chance of gluten contamination . One of my favourite dishes is the crispy aubergine in honey , and the classmates amongst the best I've tasted .Service is always friendly but not overbearing .
Food is good. Perfectly cooked calamari but unfortunately the Spanish waitress had the attitude of a two year old. Nice ambiance.
Fantastic place to experience the alternative Spanish regional cuisine, atmosphere just perfect, but the prices were a bit too high for the size of the portions.
Me and my partner came here on a Friday night. I had been here before for a birthday dinner and fancied trying it again, the atmosphere and design of the restaurant was fantastic. It felt cosy but modern. we tried a few of the tapas dishes which were the ham, the calamari and the croquettes as well as other dishes but the calamari was so tasty we ordered another dish of it! I also tried one of their gins that was recommended by the bar which thyme and an orange peel in it which was delicious! would definitely recommend and would love to go back soon.
We have been to Iberica before and always have a great time. On this occasion we brought our daughter with us and she loved it every bit as much as we did. We had pre dinner drinks before some fantastic tapas. I love Galician food and the Galician special menu was perfect for me along with the perfect Alberino wine. Great night out as always.
Lovely food! Fantastic service! Desserts were delicious.
Wide array of tapas choices, expertly prepared, and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The Ibérica was absolutely outstanding. I went with my brother and as he pointed out there were ‘no miss dishes’ meaning that every dish was as delicious as the next! Very high standard of tapas. The service was also very friendly and atmosphere was very quirky. The only thing I would say is that it is on the pricey side of things but it is worth it the standard of food you get!
Terrible staff. Taking plates away without asking if finished ( we hadn’t) and being asked to bring back, not asked if we wanted more drinks, not bringing things, having to chase for desert menu, Bill, card machine. Really awful. More interested in talking to one another than looking after customers. Been quite a few times but this time round, the staff were really bad. Kicking leg of chair at end? Not sure if this was on purpose or accidental. No apology. I will not be back.
Amazing food! Authentic tapas just like you get in Spain. Good menu! Little bit pricey compared to the tapas I’ve had in Galicia
Can’t wait to get back and enjoy again the lamb chops.
(chulellas I think is the Spanish). That and the croquettas -
In Glasgow on vacation, chose Iberica because it was near to our hotel. Very glad we went there, the food was different than most Glasgow restaurants and delicious. Comfortable and good service.
Consistently magnificent. Leo and his team provide a fantastic environment to enjoy their great food
Has somewhat lost its uniqueness. Everything from food to service was average. Nice place but we sat at a table where pillows were ripped to shreds why don’t they just throw them out. Service again average and some of the food was below average. Shame I used to love Ibérica.
Very positive representation of Iberia-in-Glasgow. Particularly enjoyed the current Galician specials
I have already recommended Iberica to a friend and they also loved it. I will be back!
Excellent food and wine with great service but it does come at a price however worthy of any special occasion
Good food and buzzy atmosphere.
Booked for lunch and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Helpful tips on ordering quantities and guidance on sequence of dishes being served. The restaurant is attractively presented with a comfortable bar area adjacent to the dining section. Overall a good experience with great food.
The empanada was not very good. The padrones didn´t taste that well (but we can assume that it is not the place and time to order them). anyway, you should remove them from the menu if they are no good enough. The tortilla was bad. We´ve been to the Iberica before and the tortilla use to be good. It was dry and it looked like it was re-heated or it had been cooked in the oven.
The selection of cheeses was very good.
We had to wait way too much to pay and we could only do that when we stand up and took our jackets to leave.
Great food and atmosphere with helpful staff, but a wee bit pricey. Was happy that we were allowed to stay after closing time (10:00?) but would return.
Enjoyable first visit to Iberica. Excellent food apart from one chicken and rice dish which was a bit bland. Service a little slow at times but busy Saturday night so to be expected, and we were in no hurry.
Cannot believe I have never been here before !! Best tapas I have ever had, the staff were wonderful and the decor was just stunning ! We will 100% be back ASAP ! X
Food was largely good, just missing being great. Tempura monkfish had a fantastic flavour but tempura was undercooked. Prawns similar, great flavour but not quite perfectly cooked. Service was really good. Nice place for dinner.
A new discovery for us thanks to the theatre deal. It was a great experience. We'll be back.
This was our first time at Iberica and we had a great time. The service was a bit slow to start but overall they were attentive. The food recommendations by staff were great and we enjoyed the food immensely.
We will definitely visit again.
As always, great food and service. Sundays are great for this place
The food was fabulous, our waiter was very knowledgable and all the staff added to the authentic ‘spanish’ feeling of this tapas restaurant. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.
