Hudson & Co
Great food and a beautiful restaurant with amazing views. Our waiter was exceptional—patient with our many requests and made sure we were all happy with our selections. A wonderful day out
Jesus was wonderful. The burger and expresso/latte were exquisite. The ambiance and view were lovely. Will reccomend, thank you for a nice date night
Awesome dinner! Staff was great even sang happy birthday to my mom! First time there and it was worth the 45 mins ride! :)
Great views and delicious food. Nice variety on the menu, we all loved what we ordered.
Everything was great but food was a bit pricey and it was very loud
Apps were great. Party of 6 most got salads. I got a steak sandwich special that was delish but they overcooked the meat. Getting a second round of drinks/dessert menus was rough. Nice to be left alone but the staff seemed to forget about us after initially giving great service.
Great service yummy food. Really liked it. Will return
Amazing view, ambiance and service! Ordered the wedge salad for a quick weekday lunch and was very satisfied.
This was my second time at this restaurant. The view is amazing! I had a winter squash salad, which was very good. My friend had the Arctic Char- which she enjoyed as well. Service was efficient and professional. This is a very nice location- especially for a casual meal.
Was grate food and service. Very friendly. Awesome chefs.
View of Manhattan from this location is amazing we had appetizers at the bar food was good drinks were great will be back
The duck prosciutto salad was excellent - very flavorful, served at a just the right temperature and with the right amount of dressing. I highly recommended it as a dinner main with a small side or appetizer.
The grilled cheese needs work. The crust was far too hard and the center soggy - possibly overly soaked with pan butter. The sandwich was unwieldly - almost impossible to pick up and eat and difficult to cut into bite size pieces.
Great atmosphere overall - intimate layout, nice lighting, not too noisy and no glaring TVs dominating the ambience.
We're looking forward to returning in the warmer months when the patio is open.
One of the worst meals I have eaten in my life. Had to send two meals back and stop at Dunkin Donuts just to get the nasty aftertaste out of our mouths. Food was extremely overpriced for the quality. 54.00 for a steak and honestly the quality was along the lines of something you’d be served at Applebee’s. Food wasn’t cleaned off floor and honestly may have tasted better with more flavor if we ate if off that. If you’re eating a 54.00 steak you shouldn’t look down at the floor and see a pickle like it’s McDonalds
The view is unmatched, the food is delicious (the cookie skillet is to die for!) and the service is super friendly. Will be back soon!
Nice Environment for a date or get together, great food quality. I'll love to visit again sometime
Fortunate enough to get seated by the windows. Service was fabulous, everyone was kind and attentive and quick. Everything we ate was fantastic- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Honestly some of the best food I’ve eaten in a long time
The restaurant is nice , great location but it was very noisy and food was average. I would have given a better rating but the drinks were very weak was forced to order wine after two mixed drinks that was mainly soda.
Super Bowl. It was empty yet terrible service. Our pizza didn’t even have what it was supposed have on it.
Blue cheese sauce for wings was so watered down and runny. But the French fries were incredible
Waiter never came back, we wanted desert.
Not a good experience at all.
The food, views, service were very good - and at a great deal due to the fact that it was also restaurant week. The crispy rice cakes were delicious and I very much enjoyed the arctic char and creme brulee. It got busy after 7 pm. Glad we had a reservation. I'd def go back! :)
We had a great experience at Hudson & Co. The food was delicious. Even for restaurant week, they did not skim on the portions. One of my friends went back with her family on Sunday after going for lunch on Saturday. We are considering booking this restaurant for our holiday gathering.
Friendly staff. Delicious food.. amazing view!
Great spot for business lunch. Nice views. Varied menu. Reasonable prices. Very pleasant and attentive staff
Great views, average food for the price you are paying.
Food was very good along with a superb view of NYC
Staff wasn’t the friendliest when 2/3rds of the party was there - too strict with 15 minute rule, especially when it wasn’t packed. Put a damper on the evening.
Everyone was pleasant to deal with and you cant beat the view, but its really dark in the restaurant.
Truffle and margarita pizzas were great, super flavorful with thin crust. Burgers were decent. Wine pours were very good.
Service was slow. Food was solid. Dining area was freezing cold.
Service was little slow in the beginning, but once our order was taken food came out fast and was sooo good. WE ordered a bunch of apps for the table-truffle tater tots, truffle pizza, mussels & rice cakes. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back!
The octopus appetizer was amazing and should be turned into an entree!
Love the view, food and great staff!! Having business lunch here at Hudson & Co offers us a great selection, fantastic views and a quiet place to meet with clients. Highly recommended.
Hudson & Co. has a very nice menu containing standbys as well as some pretty creative dishes, each of which that we had ordered was really good. The truffle oil pizza was outstanding. "Pizza?" you say? Don't knock it till you've tried it...delicately thin, perfectly cooked and infused with a ton of flavor. Everything else we had was prepared at a high level, too. Clearly the location is the hook, and the restaurant did not disappoint in this regard: ambiance was terrific, as was the service. Yes, you're going to pay for the location but it's worth. Will be back.
Overall a mixed experience. The views are unbelievable, the menu was imaginative and well prepared.
Unfortunately when it came time for coffee, I ordered a double espresso and the demi-tasse came out filled with what looked like a half shot. Having worked as a barista and bartender in the past, I recognized this immediately and thought possibly the request for a double was just not relayed. When I showed the waiter, he said that their machine made very short shots. If there is a problem with the machine, the customer should not have to suffer. I asked for another shot and the waiter brought it promptly.
Having gone through this exercise obviously jeopardized the temperature of the coffee but it seemed silly to drink a HALF SHOT of espresso.
When the bill arrived, I discovered that I was charged $5 for the first “double shot” and $3.50 for the second shot. My coffee cost almost NINE dollars. I could have asked to see the manager or even gone to the trouble to take pictures to show the manager, but was with guests and did not want to delay them.
Such a shame to end an otherwise positive experience so poorly. Again, if the coffee machine is making short shots, in my opinion, the establishment should have bit the bullet and made another espresso, and certainly not charged me
for it. Most people know what a shot of espresso looks like and it was almost comical to try to serve that small amount and pass it off as a double portion. I have to say this experience reflects very poorly on their customer service attitude and is what I’ll remember most about my visit to Hudson & Co. When asked, I’ll just say, “oh, the place that charges $8.50 for a double espresso”
Horrible food quality. A food truck can serve up better quality food @ $215 for 2 people. The food sucked big time! Lobster bisque was room temp and bitter. Sushi was bland. Seafood atrichi was atrocious. With a shrimp undercooked and another shrimp over. This was such a waste and disappointment. Never coming back again. Never recommending anyone either. Bad business.
Offers fantastic view of Manhattan skyline. I ordered new years eve course meal that was above average in taste and presentation.
NYE set menu. Very expensive and the steak had no starches as a side which was odd. Server was super nice and food was good.
Our first trip to Hudson & Co, we were not disappointed. We didn’t come for a big meal (had just moved to the area that day) so we tried the mussels & calamari, great flavors and tender mussels and calamari. The arugula pizza with pickled onions was excellent and to make sure we covered all the bases we had the Rainbow roll which was also top notch. We were too full for dessert at that point but the pecan pie had been recommended so we asked to have it boxed to go but eat the ice cream and whipped cream now which was a perfect end the to a satisfying meal. We live across the street from Hudson’s so we will become regulars.
Went for a friends birthday. our waitress overheard us talking about it and surprised us with dessert with a candle, very sweet and much appreciated gesture
Food was amazing, view was great and our server was awesome. Definitely recommend!
