Way too loud- could hardly hear! Food and service (Seth) made it not a total loss. A lively restaurant like this makes for a fun dining experience- but not if you cannot hear the person sitting beside you.

The food was great, all with exception of the chai and espresso. The chai latte was not very flavorful and the espresso tasted burnt. Everything else was superb!

I had reservations for outdoor seating at 10am and we were seated on the north patio. At about 11:10, we were told that out table was needed for a large party and we needed to move. While the hostess was apologetic, this is very bad service. It’s not unusual for two people to take over an hour for breakfast and we were clearly not done talking. My plate had just been cleared. Why seat us there if a large party needed all tables on that patio? I understand needing to ‘turn tables’ for profit, but this was a bad ending to a good breakfast and good (initial) service. I was very unhappy.

Great service and quality, fresh food. It's a bit noisy in the morning when the physical therapy business above the restaurant gets going and there's a lot of thumping on the ceiling.

We went for Mother's Day Buffet. For just myself and my daughter (without anything special added on), we paid over $70. I was expecting something worth $70 and this food was just your average "greasy spoon" breakfast. The scrambled eggs were cold, there was a line for the chicken + waffles, they really did nothing to spruce this up or make it nice. I would have enjoyed it if the price was more reasonable. But for the price, this experience was just lousy. The food was worth MAYBE $30 total. It's the same price to go to the Grand America for breakfast and I would only rate this as 1 star rather than 4 or 5 (which they are.) Staff was lovely but it did take 10 minutes to bring out our drinks. I'm just wondering what I paid for...

We went to Hub & Spoke for their Mother's Day Brunch this year and unfortunately, we were supremely disappointed. We have been to the restaurant a number of times, and have always enjoyed our food and the experience. For the holiday they opted to host a breakfast buffet as many restaurants do, for which they charged $44 per person. On a typical brunch, their most expensive dish is around $15, so this was quite an upcharge compared to what we were used to at this spot. In terms of food quality, or value to cost, the buffet was very much like the breakfast at a 3 1/2 star hotel. Not good. Not bad. But calories enough to satiate. There were a couple of standout items on the dais including the mini Kentucky hot brown, chicken and waffles, and average crab and traditional benedicts. But in summation, it was a serious downgrade from the food we typically have here, and at 2.5x the price of a superior breakfast found any other time at H&S. With a mimosa and a milkshake, our bill was $248 with the included gratuity for a party of four. So ostensibly $60+ per person for what amounted to a truck stop buffet. No offense to truck stops. I would have expected that bill for dinner, or for something truly outstanding — but this was not that. While this review is a little harsh, it's only because we have perspective. We know the place is generally a wonderful breakfast/brunch spot. We will absolutely return to Hub & Spoke, but the Mother's Day buffet was a real misstep in our opinion. It was a real dive in quality — and cost to value — to convert H&S into a generic buffet. Out of respect for their reputation, and my past experiences with them to boot, I'd encourage trying something different in the future.

We wanted to try a new place to enjoy for our anniversary. For a casual dining experience or brunch, this is a great place to go! Service was friendly and fast. Food was amazing!!! And the atmosphere on the outdoor patio was comfortable and intimate. We will definitely go back to try more dishes including some vegan dishes that sounded amazing!

Easter Sunday, first time. Excellent service: honored reservation exactly on time, attentive and friendly during the meal. Excellent food for both "standard fare" like chicken and waffles, and more interesting fare, like crab Benedict. Would return without hesitation, and certainly will.

We went to eat for Easter and did not realize it was going to be a buffet. The buffet was OK pretty basic, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, eggs benedict, french toast and some sweets. In addition to the buffet we ordered a latte and when we received the bill it was $183.63 for 3 people. I just about gagged at that price for basic breakfast fare. There is no way I would have paid that amount for a basic buffet besides the point that we do not eat that much food to begin with. I feel to get my moneys worth they needed to up their game on the quality and type of food served. As well as not adding a $27 gratuity automatically. While our server was very pleasant she did not do enough to warrant a $27.00 tip. We are very disappointed as we have frequented Hub and Spoke many times before.

We enjoyed Easter Brunch! Lots of meat choices; fewer choices for vegetarians. The extra charge for espressos was worth it. As it got busier (we were there at 10:00 am) our server didn’t check back. We had to bus our own dirty plates.
