Howards Cantina at The Rose Of Australia Hotel
The food is authentic, with creative texture highlighted by strong technique over the plate. The kitchen team tread the boards in the front of house sharing their passion for food.
The small, separate area, which was more fine dining is gone. It’s now all bar service. I was surprised they still accepted a reservation. Food was excellent, very small servings of the specials which were served with no sides.
Love the space, and the food was really great (in particular the Sunday roast was delicious!) great service too.
