   We took our families while on holiday here for a group dinner just needing a good feed/chill/beer. It was everything and more and a delightful experience of food and brew! Trivia was entertaining albeit totally whipped by the locals but a really really good night had by our group!

   Great food, great value using Groupon. Friendly staff - accomodating. Great range of beers for tasting Pleasant atmosphere - a nice spot to listen to some music and chill out.

   For such a busy day waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 mains and a kids meal was beyond ridiculous. Most tables were reserved so they would have been more than aware of the staffing levels they needed. Food was very expensive for the serving size. Disappointed.

   This was our first time at the Hound & stag. The venue is really cool and the staff were amazing. The food was good. I found the drinks to be overpriced. They served an aperol spritz in a small wine glass, not a cocktail glass which at $19 meant that I only had one of those! We will come back for tribute nights etc but wouldn’t come there again just to have dinner and drinks just because of the price of the drinks.

    Bar snack food menu, ideal for grabbing a quick bite before a show. Kitchen is always busy, so must be a good sign.
