Low amount of worker, food was pretty good but service did take long due to under staff. Took forever to bring the check and forgot to ask me did I want a to go bag. Would I go again most likely no but I would say try it cause you might go on a day where they have a good amount of stuff.
Hadn't been here in a while. Very impressed with the food quality. Ambiance and staff were great.

I asked for silverware while waiting for our food. Told it was coming. Food came, still no silverware. It showed up about five minutes after food. Also, appetizers and entree all came out together. Never a fan of this. I normally have a good experience at this restaurant. Food was good but overall this visit was not one of the better ones.

We were able to make a reservation for 4 people at 7:00 pm. Our table was ready when we arrived. People were spaced far enough away from one another to feel safe during COVID. The food was delicious and prepared as we ordered it. Our waitress was very sweet, paying close attention to our Special requests.
As always, Houlihan's was perfect. In fact,in the summertime, it's not crowded, except in bad weather, so that makes it more than perfect.
It's virtually impassible to write something new, because Open Table asks for a review every time we go there - that's at least 15 times per year.
The only thing (person) new was our server, a young, pleasant girl named Jazz. she provided perfect service.

The reservation team at houlihans didn’t see my reservation that was scheduled for 6pm on open table app. I spoke to the people at the reservation area that I booked a table for 6pm, they didn’t see it in their end.
Poor service from waitress
Pretty much like an Applebee's. The server was very friendly and attentive and the tiki mug was cool, but the food was just ok. Nothing special. I didn't have a bad experience but there's no reason I'd ever need to go back. Only went to see the tiki mugs but the cocktail wasn't traditional tiki at all... but was still yummy.
I've run out of things to say about Houlihan's, except that we've been there more than 100 times. That should tell your what we think of the place. The only negative is that they simplified their menu choices and removed some of our go to choices. Hopefully, that's pandemic-caused and that they will bring them back shortly.
Love the atmosphere and energy, will definitely come again
We had a reservation for Father’s Day. My spouse and I don’t get to spend much time together becuase of our different schedules. We had an 8:00 reservation and checked in at 8:08. We had to wait until 8:30 to be sat and we were never greeted. A young lady walked by with the WORST attitude, rolled her eyes at us and said, “I’ll be there in a minute.” She never returned and by 8:45, we left and went to Capital Grille where we had the most amazing experience. Absolutely no way to treat paying guests that had a reservation well before closing time. If your employees don’t want to work or make money, they should stay home.
It was great , for a first time dining experience with my dad for Father’s Day it was memorable and I will be visiting again. Plus the food was great and everyone was nice

The food was tasty. but the portions on all five dinners were about half the size I recall from even a few months ago And the lighting was too dim.
They are obviously as short staffed as most restaurants are today but our server was very good and we were happy with our service and food.

My food was great. Laurie was our bartender she is the best. Only one conplaint was ladies restroom,it needs to be checked often. Trash cans needed to be emptied and replenish paper towels. Loved atmosphere in bar area
Service was terrible as usual. Asked to sit in bar area, not at bar. Was seated at bar and service could not have been worse. Fries were cold. Hostess was rude as usual for this place. My wife refuses to go again.
Great Food Great Service. Our server Laurie was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We like to eat here because of the great fajitas and when we get a waiter or waitress to serve us the way we like. That meaning not getting slammed all at once with food.
Our server was very nice and efficient. The food was really good. One of the few places here in Cherry that serves vegetarian food and we'd go back again. They have a good variety of items.

Lovely wait staff, but be prepared for a wait. It seems like theres not enough kitchen staff to handle the volume of tickets coming in. To be fair, it is the beginning of reopening efforts, just be warned.
Re: food - One can argue Houlihans is not for healthy eating, but every salad listed has meat in it! It was bizarre. I'm sure things can be made without meat, but it would have been nice to see a couple of really healthy, meat free, diary free options. Happy to see the impossible burger and a veggie burger on the menu, a step in the right direction, maybe air-baked fries will come next and almond milk for coffee?
Last- GPS... We were visiting from out of town. My in-laws were with us but took a separate car. Despite entering the same address, our gps took us in different directions. We arrived on time, our in laws were 10 minutes down the road and needed to reroute. I mentioned this to the waitress and she said that happened to her before.
I’ve gone to Houlihan’s plenty of times in the past and have never had such poor service. I haven’t been there in over two years. When we were seated we waited about 15-20 minutes before we were even greeted by a waitress. By the time she came, I decided to give our entire order in hopes to speed up the process. That did not work. It took another 15 minutes for her to bring drinks. After we got our appetizer, we didn’t receive our main course for another 30-40 minutes or so, and we only had an order of wings. Sadly, I am not exaggerating the times. When we received our food, some of it was cold and some was warm. Ridiculous. I asked her to refill three drinks, and 10 minutes later she sent back ONE drink with a different waitress. She never came back to check on us. We had to get assistance from the other waitress who was very helpful. Then we waited another 25 minutes for our original waitress to check on us... well after we had finished our meal. When we asked her for the check, we decided to pull out cash because we didn’t want to wait another 20-30 minutes for her to run the credit card. She literally wasted our whole afternoon and served us cold food.
We used to love going there however this experience was horrible. Plates hot but food not. It was obviously warmed in microwave. Waited half an hour for the food.
Filet mignon was well over cooked but after waiting half an hour we just ate it. Fries were warm, the bun on the burger was stiff.
