   The food was on point, the customer service was awesome, our family will definitely be coming back not only for occasions but for ourselves to enjoy everything yous have to offer.

   The place has photos on website of seafood with the buffet and there was only dried up old mussels. No other seafood, beef was chewy, we were seated at a table that was so wobbly that you couldn't cut any of your food without holding on to your drink, and it was right next to the toilets.

   Great choice of food, a little loud. Did not like kids up at the buffet on their own, saw one kid around 10 sneeze when serving his food. Service was good, staff friendly

   Just thought could have a bit more variety of seafood section - the main dinner was great despite only have the same food twice. Not a major issue but kids nuggets and chips ran out as there was a private function and majority of their attended were family and kids which clean up the kids selection at the main course.

   It was my birthday lunch so 11 of my family and friends got together for lunch. We had a great time catching up and the food was very good. I have been to Hotel Richlands for many years and the sweets are great as well as the other food as there is always something for everyone to eat. All in all a great time.

    Got home and realised we were overcharged. Very disappointing as the food isn't worth it anymore. Absolutely will not be back
