Cooked in beef tallow which literally makes it the best tasting items EVER. Not only that, but they have crazy burger flavors like the Billionaire Burger which had Foie Gras and prime beef blend together in the patty, also topped with mushrooms, onion marmalade and a truffle pâté. So yes, I felt very fancy eating such an extravagant burger but it was worth EVERY SINGLE BITE 🤤 Also a boozy shake??? We ate a late lunch/early dinner at 3:30pm. From the start, service and attentiveness was top notch. The restaurant is delightfully old school and modern mixed. We loved the setup of our half circle booth facing the bar area. Our server, Caittlyn (sp?), was super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the menu. We enjoyed the steak sandwich (on a delicious, fresh, french roll) and the braised beef short rib. Both dishes were flavorful and well balanced. We also enjoyed the brussel sprout appetizer and crinkle cut sweet potato fries with our dinner. The drinks were tasty and stiff! Prices weren't strip-like, but eating out is expensive everywhere. The question is, "do we feel like we got our money's worth?" Holsteins left us feeling extrememly satisfied regarding our hunger and the value. We'll return, for sure!
