My husband and I would consider ourselves foodies and HMBL definitely ticked all of our boxes!
The food was amazing! Serving sizes were very generous and the prices were very affordable. We chose to go with the three tapas for $24 and ordered six between us. Drinks are also very affordable, I was drinking gin and tonic at $11 ea.
The staff were very personable and took the time to come and hang at our table, get to know us and also suggest other restaurants in our area that we might want to visit!
Will definitely be going back sometime soon 💖

Hard to choose from all of the yummy options and we definitely ate too much but it was delicious. Cocktails were fabulous too . Staff great. We enjoyed it so much we are going again next week

The cocktails were unique. The food was delicious and filling, well priced, and the portion sizes were bigger than what we expected. The customer service is always fantastic and staff always friendly and happy to have a chat.

HMBL delivered an amazing tapas menu, my friends and I ordered a range of different options and all were delicious! Cocktails were divine 🥰 staff were so lovely and helpful. Can’t wait to go back for another tapas night and also pop in for a coffee during the day!

The food was amazing and even after 6 dishes between 2 were satisfies the shiraz was a good complement to the meal. Service was exceptional with a great coffee to complete the meal

We went to HMBL last Friday for the first time We were very happy with this quaint restaurant I had the Forager mushroom dish with haloumi and it was delicious Well worth trying and far more filling than similar items at other restaurants and cheaper too. I’m going back to try the tapas menu after 5pm

Food was great and wine was a good price. We will be back.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING!
They cater for both vegan and meat eaters which is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is very cosy. They even do takeaway if you can’t eat in. My new favourite place. You’ll love it too.

The place is small, so when the staff talk about you behind your back you can definitely hear it.

This was due to us not wanting to finish the cocktail as we thought it was too strong. A complete individuals point of view. I was happy to pay for it.

But when the staff then question why and ask, “have you eaten today”, “there was only 45mls of alcohol in the cocktail” that doesn’t change the fact that we accidentally chose a drink we just didn’t like and had nothing against the staff making the drink.

Overall the food was delicious, the atmosphere of the bar was lovely but next time be mindful of accepting that when a customer doesn’t like a drink, it’s fine to ask if they want a different cocktail (which you guys did and it was very professional) but to continue to talk about it and question the customer why, was not professional.

Great, food, good service, the whole experience was great. Great choice of Tapas. Will definitely be going there again and next time will be trying the cocktails, they looked great.

Food and service were great. The place has a great atmosphere and good vibe. I would definitely go back. Only thing that could improve in my opinion is perhaps a palate cleanser option or two on the menu given the variety of dishes.
