A beautiful meal, was very loud at the time we were there due to being booked out. Access to feed the turtles for little ones was very tricky. Only a few animals in feeding area for the cost of a small cup of food. The prices of food were standard. However the cost of the animal feed etc was overpriced. Good car park. Kiosk closed at 1.

With 11 elderly residents (some with wheelchairs) from my facility, southern side of Brisbane, the ease with getting around The Mill, food, service ambience and all round value for money was outstanding. Being from the Gold Coast myself, l frequent The Mill often and am never disappointed. THANKYOU for also making one older man very happy. Being a horseman all his life, his whole being lit up to get an opportunity to pat a beautiful animal that seemed loved and cared for. And a friendly chat with the caretaker. We will be back, for sure.

The menu is simple and has a few different options. Great serving sizes and food was good quality. Not super cheap but prices are similar to most cafes on the Gold Coast so no surprises there.

My sister loved her meal and that was the main thing as it was her birthday but for me who dodges gluten and dairy I found the menu very limited. I had half a scone from my daughters scones and half a piece of toast from my sisters breakfast so paying for it today. If you are normal person who does not need to avoid certain food groups then it’s really a lovely space to come. Years ago there was better options in the menu so I didn’t even think to check before I booked like u normally do.

What a beautiful place for a meal! Food was spectacular, served in a timely manner and with a smile. Staff were phenomenal, location was perfect and there was something for everyone. Caters well for kids; books and toys provided, playground, animals to look at and lots of room to run around. Will definitely be back.

Lovely venue. Food was great, full of flavour and generous serving sizes. Busy day with lots of tables booked for Fathers Day but service was quick and food was delivered quickly too. The kids enjoyed feeding the animal, especially the turtles. Would definitely recommend

Lovely place, friendly staff. Food came quickly. The animals and kids outdoor area were a hit for my 3 year old. All up very happy and will come back again.
