   We have dined at Highlands at least ten times over the past few years and the venue is quite consistent. Only 1 criticism and unfortunately this is quite reflective of where we are at as a society with price gauging and business owners trying to rip off patrons at every given turn... if a pensioner is a pensioner on a Friday, that pensioner pays at a pensioner rate, but if that same pensioner attends two days later on a Sunday, they have to pay a full non-pensioner rate! All of a sudden they are not a pensioner!! LOL!! As I mentioned previously, you "kind of" get used to being ripped off living in Australia at this point in time, and ripping off our seniors is obviously becoming accepted too otherwise why would we accept these terms?

   Monday night 23rd of September dinner service was horrible. 5:30pm booking and we finally sat at our table at 6pm due to the front desk cashier not knowing how to calculate. We repeated ourselves numerous times and pointed at our guests and he was still calculating the cost incorrectly. He was charging a 4yr as a teen, and he asked for my sons age twice. The food was average. The labels were incorrect, didn't try the spicy chicken as they labeled it as spicy crab. The removal of dishes was poor, I physically moved 7 plates myself to their cleaning station. This is my last visit.

   It was excellent as usual . Only negative is no seniors price on the weekend. We were there from 12 till 2 only about 20 people . If they has Senior discount they would have so many more x

   Food are getting worst day by day. Its just filled with some indian stuff. Which not acceptable. There no many varieties at all to choose. Even food taste is literally bad.

   Food was amazing but the kids were devastated when the playground closed in the first 10 min of our session. We were told they'd clean it but then they never reopened it saying it would be closed until the cleaners came after close. We expected kids meals to be refunded or some gesture as we had only booked so the kids could play. We had to leave and take them somewhere else to play. Really disappointing

    I had invited my guest ,but when guest confirmed the lady on service desk about my table ,they mentioned that there is no table of that number ,then they my friend called me. I was already sitting on that table which was allocated by service desk before, Then my friends called me that the ladies is refusing that Hotel didn’t have booked of that name and number ,that was confusing and a bit embarrassing for me .
