Friendly staff, recommended good food, presentation of the food was pretty and fancy. Pair it with wine and awesome company! We had a good time there. Thank you
Food was not that good and variety changed so much. Was expecting the spanner crab but ordered a chilli scrambled eggs. The serving was small, everything was overpriced. Other customers had not gotten the attention of the staff and they had waited 45 minutes. I don't think I'll be coming back because I think people go for the aesthetic but this place is not worth the hype... Kind of a letdown and I'm disappointed.
As an individual patron, and the place I was seated (bar area), it was often hard to get the attention of staff and had to just wait until they passed me by.
This place is open when many others in the CBD are not.
Food was just terrible... salmon was super salty, peas were raw. Beagel was just dry and old.. place is nice but i really hope you'd work on the food.. i know maintaining food quality is difficult, i understand coming from the food industry myself but what i ate wasn't even edible.. i feel horrible because i suggested higher ground to have lunch with my sous chef, really disappointed..
The restaurant has a nice decoration but the food arrived a bit cold, the bread was really hard not tasty that all.
They didn’t respect the space limit is was over booked.
Really good food however service was a little disappointing. Just a couple of small things like having to ask for glasses for the table a couple of times and also cutlery.
Just need to be a bit more proactive with their customer enquiries. After failing to get in touch via phone and email, I then had to reach out on instagram.
My go-to whenever I am in Melbourne. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great food! Make sure you book ahead as the wait can be lengthy!

Food was delicious-great for sharing and some interesting dishes. Lots of choices for vegetarians but meat and seafood dishes too.
Yummy cocktails and bartender was happy to make me a champagne cocktail even though it wasn’t on the drink menu.
All the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Really great space for dining-like the higher and lower floor levels. Worth a visit.

Had a reasonable experience here. The food was lovely but overpriced for the small sizes and the menu was a little limited. Nice ambiance but was quiet and could get noisy. Dined alone but could be good for a group.
They charge $15 per person if you don't show up to your appointment & you need to provide credit card details before you book. Ok. We sat there for almost 30 minutes before I had to walk around the place and notify a waiter for table service. Not very friendly service when there is any at all. Good ambience and lovely set up though, kudos to the architect and marketing team.
I do love the fitout, food and coffee here. Such a shame though when businesses don't understand that COVIDsafety is an extension of good customer service. The host wasn't wearing a mask at all despite being required under current restrictions, and also was quite moody. I know it's a really hard time for businesses and employees at the moment. Just really disappointing when staff don't demonstrate this basic level of respect for customer safety and wellbeing.

Very bad management. The staff is very rude. They do not pick phones if you want to inform them that you are running late and then are arrogant and ignorant towards you at the restaurant because you are late. The staff doesnt care about your dietary preferences. The quantity is too much (to justify the exorbitant price) and everyone was wasting food due to quantity and poor taste. I ordered ricotta hot cake which was so sweet that I couldn’t eat more than 3 bites of it. Would never go there again or recommend to anyone!

Sat next to the window seat. Full of bugs and flies. Flew multiple times into our food. Ordered food - cups, cutlery and plates were old and stained to the point we didn’t want to drink the tea. Not what expected from a highly reviewed restaurant. Very overrated and completely underwhelming.
Food was great however took
I was really looking forward to visiting this place however it was super disappointing.
It was really noisy and the food was very average. My toast was burnt and the sides were bland. I ordered a side of mushrooms for $4 and I received 1 small full mushroom.

Food and interior were good, however service was underwhelming and there were so many small flies flying around to the point we were constantly fighting them away from our food/had to pick some out. Disappointing for the price point and definitely not worth the hype.

Experienced the worst dining service ever:
(1). Missing item when the order was placed & kept us waiting for the missing item
(2). Extremely long waiting time before food put on the table (approx 40 mins)
(3). Miscommunication between reception and kitchen
The service cannot be compared to the service 3 years ago. It was total chaos now.

delish brunch and great service
Nice venue, good food, great coffee but a little overpriced.
Slow, slow, slow. $8 for two slices of fruit bread. Despite being left waiting more than thirty minutes for our food we were not offered drink refills or even spoken to. Too many fancy dishes being prepared for Instagram photos to get the basics right
Didn’t really enjoy the food. It tasted so gamy for a pork dish. The drink tasted like carbonated water and the restaurant was very noisy. It was horrible it made me dizzy.
The food and environment is fancy for a restaurant but other than that it’s a bit costly
