Our server, Annie Chen, has always been so friendly, attentive, and warm. She always has the brightest smile, and Hilton Downtown is so lucky to have an employee like Annie who takes such pride in her work — and it truly shows! The food is top-notch, especially the Turkey Club and Butter Chicken. Both are simply delicious! Everything from the service to the food makes for such a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend! ❤️

Hendricks is a great local spot for meeting up before games and shows at Rogers Arena and BC Place. The kitchen plates great, tasty dishes. The front end staff and entertainers make going to Hendricks an enjoyable experience.

Very little atmosphere although the live music was good. My food arrived cold. I sent it back but the replacement was hardly any better. I can't see a problem in keeping pasta hot. It was a great shame as the flavour was excellent. The waiter was helpful but it wasn't really up to him to make sure the food was served at the correct temperature. He apologised but I might have expected some reduction in the bill.

We stayed at the downtown Vancouver Hilton for three nights at the end of July. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet, as well as some of their a la carte breakfast menu items. I ordered gluten free toast daily. They also had a couple gluten free breads, individually wrapped, that were delicious . . . kind of like muffins in bread form. We also ate dinner their one night. They had good menu options, including a gluten free hamburger bun. The service was consistently good. Would definitely eat there again.

This was our first visit to Hendricks Resto-Lounge and we really enjoyed it. There were four in our group, and three out of the four loved their meals while the 4th. The fourth person ordered fish & chips and found the fish dissappointing with the batter being quite dry and strange. Nevertheless, the customer service, the ambience and overall setting was great and we will definitely return.

We didn’t realize this was a restaurant in the Hilton. The food was fresh and tasty, prices were reasonable, there was great service and a bright welcoming ambience. It was not busy and it is close to Queen Elizabeth theatre. Great for pre-theatre.
