Hell is a modern bistro offering informal fine dining. We love the finer points of food, wine & service and enjoy shaing it with our guests, our goal is ease, grace & good humour. Expect to be well loved & cared for, yet keep in mind that we are very busy at the "peak" times and will have more time for you outside those times. We regularly notice that weekend lunches are particularly charming (this is a tip). We encourage you to bring along special bottles, we love wine and are curious to see what you have, and appreciate little tastes, the corkage fee is $25 per bottle (occasionally waived for a decent splash of something excellent). Food is of the essence for us, its not complicated yet complex, a great deal of effort is devoted to simple, elegant presentations - we are very proud.
