The wine list showcases local Tasmanian, as well as Australian and international wines with a passion for celebrating grower producers.
A strong charcuterie offering is built around sustainably produced meats from Australia as well as cheese from Europe and Tasmania and fresh seasonal produce from local producers.
On Sundays, the bar also operates as a cellar door where guests can taste wines from Two Tonne Tasmania and Havilah made by winemaker Ricky Evans.

Probably one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Can't recommend highly enough. A must for anyone living in Launceston or visiting. Staff and service fabulous also.
The Chef's menu is seriously good value - and seriously good food! Fantastic selection of a variety of wines made for a great night out.

Cool quiet cozy spot, not too busy or loud.
It’s a lovely location and I have had lovely times there. Last time though wanted to put a do not disturb sign up! Being asked if everything ok repeatedly within few minutes of two people serving. Perhaps to work more in sync with each other ... over attention can be smothering
Fantastic venue! Terrific food and wine. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommend you try this cosy little place if not for food then at least for a wine.
Every aspect of this establishment is first class. We chose to have the chefs menu and the portions were value for money. Attentive service and fantastic food made for a lovely evening.

We went for the set menu and did a Two Tonne/Havilah wine tasting while there. Food, wine, and service were excellent! Great value for the $50 set menu as well.

We had the chef's menu. It was expensive for what we got. Some bowls of olives, one piece of sour dough each, sliced meats, main and shared fruit and cream for dessert (with a couple of shards of meringue). It was all fine. Just underwhelming.
Great wines and delicious food
Havilah is a Wonderful Venue, We had a small 40th for our Old Mate Dylan. He is going grey and walks a little crooked, but he managed to enjoy the night and stay out past the retirement homes curfew.
The wine selections were first rate. The food was ample for the $50 chef's menu - the chicken divine! The Staff were very friendly, however it was a shame that the owner Ricky wasn't there that night as we had heard he has a remarkable nose.
Just what Launceston needed. Highly recommend and will be back.
