   Tatsu the tapenyake chef is a legend! Thank you for making our twin’s 12th birthday a night to remember. Highly recommended experience.

   Exactly like we expected, Miso soup so yum, we ordered the large plate Sashimi, it was just divine, the Saikyo Miso Barramundi, tasty , coked to perfection but a little too salty, Lotus chips a big revelation, Nigari perfect, and what a way to finish the meal with the Yuzu Mandarin Mousse Cake, fresh and not to sweet, i'm not a dessert guy but i love this one. Exellent service.

   We had an amazing family dinner at Hatsuhana on our last night at Sea World resort. At the time, it wasn't available but in our booking, we asked for the Teppanyaki table if one opened up and then a few days before, we got a call saying it was available, so we took it! It was a great surprise for the family, as they’ve never seen anything like it. There was a nice variety of options for kids, those who don’t eat sea food and those who wanted to try traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff are all amazing and very attentive and they really looked after the kids to make sure everyone was having a good time. Price wise, it’s what you would expect at a resort hotel but portions were large and no one left hungry. The restaurant is opened from Wed-Sunday and I would say, try it, even if your family has never tried Japanese food before, because there will be something for everyone to try, and the experience is delightful and memorable!

   Wonderful experience for our family's last night at Seaworld resort. The terriyaki chicken, fried rice and miso barramundi was the best we've ever had of these dishes, anywhere, and they had great options for kids. Kids had fun watching teppanyaki meals being made for other guests. To top it off, the service was just exceptional!

    The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, adapted to our son’s picky eating habits and as it was his birthday, they gifted us with a surprise cake and candle whilst singing Happy Birthday. Their attention to detail was impeccable! The chef doing the tepannyaki was highly skilled and kept us thoroughly entertained, and the food was fantastic!!! Great quality foot and taste!!! The price was very reasonable and we were happy to pay for this great experience!! Thanks again to all the staff. We will be coming back soon!!
