Hartsyard never disappoints. Food is delicious, staff are friendly and, on a Wednesday night, atmosphere has bustle but not too noisy that you can't hear your friends.
If you loved the original, you will feel a little let down by the new version.
Amazing as always, a restaurant you want to keep going back to
The food was delicious and interesting, without being too fussy or too minimalist (we weren't hungry). The service was friendly, and the menu was adapted to our requests without any fuss. The delivery was brisk, and although we had the chef's menu, we were out within 2 hours as promised. The seats were a little hard, so although it might have been nice to linger over desert, we were pretty happy to be sent on our way.
Lovely food, the restaurant is little tightly packed but would recommend for sure!
Fantastic food, fresh and clean. Great for sharing.
What a hidden gem Hartsyard is. We loved every dish we ordered. will definitely go back soon.
We had a wonderful experience at Hartsyard. We were a group of 11, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were attentive, and accommodating of all our dietaries and answered all of our questions. They even made space for a couple of late comers that joined just for a drink at the end of the meal. The food selection was delicious and plentiful - we were all very satisfied! Thank you.
Incredible food, outstanding service. Hard surfaces which means noisy space.
Food was fabulous especially the deserts we had all 3 between 4 loved all of them but my favourite was the peach, Also the scallops were divine
The food is good and fresh but the service is a bit intense, every 30 seconds someone came to refill our water. When you're in the middle of a story and get interrupted it is a bit annoying. I think the servers need to read people a little better. Otherwise it was really great, especially the atmosphere.
Value for money was low due to the expectation and reputation this restaurant carries, and the quality of the new menu. Not sure why they have changed the menu from something that has a built a great reputation. Food was average at best, and portion sizes were way too small for the price (which would be ok if the dishes were superb, but unfortunately average at best). They should think about bringing back the old menu
Very attentive, friendly service, yummy food and reasonable prices, I do miss some aspects of the old Heartsyard menu but would definatly go again
Excellent food and service. We will definitely return to Hartsyard... but next time we’ll bring a larger group to enjoy the experience even more!
The restaurant had a great atmosphere but was on the very noisy side.
Amazing food, every dish was exceptional. Staff were great, only complaint is location, being on busy Enmore road and looking out at a servo, but other than that you guys are killing it
Only average with only some dishes at the right level
Really good vibe, will be coming back. Did the tasting menu, it’s flexible to dietary requirements so we swapped one dish out. Great flavours and the wines were matched well.
Great spot for a romantic dinner. Food is always good.
Creative and tasty food with excellent service.
Amazing food, with a casual vibe and outstanding natural friendly service!
Nice lunch set menu, which they were happy to adjust for one of our party who does eat cheese! Service was good, food tasty!
Sensational food. We had the chefs set menu which was great food and and good value.
Hartsyard always delivers: delicious food, amazing cocktails and wine, and a fantastic atmosphere.
So so Good! Super unique insanely crafty dishes that are tasty as! Highly recommend this awesome restaurant
Hartsyard was recommended by family and it didn't disappoint. We went with the Chef's suggestion menu which was spot on.
Second visit in six months and once again outstanding service and food and drinks. Perfect for those special birthday or anniversary celebrations where you want a memorable evening.
Excuisite flavours from the multple tastings combine with a beautiful wine for an unforgettable evening.
Absolutely fabulous as ever. Superb food, beautifully conceived and presented.
The food was delicious. We had a table for 6 which meant we had to do the fixed menu which meant paying more than expected and then a service charge also added for more than 6 . I felt this was excessive
Not a disappointing dish in sight! Everything was delightful and tasty, definitely on the list for a return visit very soon.
For a fairly small restaurant and booking a table towards the end of peak, I was not prepared to wait 40 minutes for my main. Considering the size of the meals I can’t imagine they’d need so long to prepare, the table beside us were also unhappy with the wait, which sparked a conversation which was the highlight of the evening.
We went for dinner with our kids and they ate everything and loved it - we even ordered seconds.
The menu made the food sound more complicated than it was - it was all delicious!
First time to Hartsyard 2.0, happy I did. While I loved 1.0, I really enjoyed the menu and service.
Restaurant was recommended by friends and it didn’t disappoint. Fabulous food and service!
Once again, outstanding food and experience. Thanks
Lovely long lunch with bottomless wine and fantastic service. Will be back!
The degustation menu is super nice, lots of different flavours and creative dishes. The service was attentive and friendly, all around a great night!
Fantastic tasting menu, perfect amount of food. Well paired, perfectly timed. Great service.
Get the chefs menu and add the octopus! Great night!
Food was very disappointing. Their fusion of asian/australian flavours was more confusing and didn't go. The brussels sprouts was probably the only standout dish. Considering we paid $100 per person (including drinks and 10% surcharge) with 10 people which was $1,000 for the table, we all came out thinking what a waste of money for such poor food. We were told that each dish brought out was shared between 2. Then by the time the beef came out, we got told it was 4 dishes shared between us as they were mindful of the space on the table. I think it was more of an excuse to cover the small quantities of food they were dishing out. I would've had more satisfaction having Maccas or KFC.
