   We attended Hardy’s Verandah restaurant for the degustation presentation which, overall was very good - the course presentations were high quality and did not disappoint. The wait staff were friendly and very helpful but the drinks presentation was clunky and much delayed. We were seated at 6pm and our initial drinks order did not arrive until the first of the courses was being served. I cancelled a planned white wine order because the drinks arrived too late! Out special event (49th wedding anniversary was appropriately recognised - very nice

   High tea at Hardy's Pros: staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the food, nice atmosphere Cons: pot of tea was very weak, soy milk lumpy, vegan scone offered was very small and a bit hard, plant-based cream was more like margarine. Overall, would go to other high tea venues before heading back to Lofty House.

   An absolutely magnificent selection of morsels for afternoon tea, all made with locally sourced food, in house. An experience rounded off beautifully by magnificent views and a glass of the delicious Estate bubbles. A sublime afternoon.

   Took 50 minutes before we received any food. Sandwiches were not fresh. Not enough cream for the scones and seriously, $12 for a glass of cold water? Apparently because their filtered water was warm and if you want it cold you have to pay for bottled water. Maybe they could invest in an ice machine? We were offered tea and coffee only at the very start. We had a glass of bubbles, $24 per glass! I then had to eventually call someone over to order a cup of tea, which took another 20 minutes to arrive. The view was amazing, and the young female who served us was lovely, but this was most definitely not the high class high tea that was promoted.

   Hardy’s Verandah at Mount Lofty House delivered an unforgettable high tea experience. With breathtaking views of the Adelaide Hills, the elegant setting was matched by beautifully presented tiers of sweet and savory delights. The scones, pastries, and sandwiches were perfection, and the tea selection offered something for every palate. The warm, attentive service made the afternoon even more special.    Wonderful place to visit - attentive and friendly staff. A very minor criticism was that there could have been a larger serve of jam and cream. There was really only enough for one person, and not two people. All the food flavours were outstanding.

   We recently had a high tea at the venue, the food was well presented, and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The view from the restaurant was pleasant and of course, the teas were too.

    Staff were welcoming and courteous, venue was of a high standard with perfect table presentation. Service was very good Food was exceptional and presentation was amazing.
