Hard Rock Cafe - Lisbon

Booked for a group of Hens. Great atmosphere and food. Perfect start to the evening. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Trotz Reservierung kein guter Platz. Karten und Tisch haben geklebt. Man saßso nah am Nachbartisch, dass man quasi mit essen konnte.

Excellent as always. It was my son's 6th birthday and he loved the attention he had

Nice experience but the GIN glasses ruin the experience of drinking. It should be fine and balloon. Yours are not proper and instead it's similiar to drinking hot milk.
Also the upstairs room was fully packed and only 2 emplyoees serving us. They were amazing but there's no miracles...

It's a nice place to have a different meal, namely dinner.
Truly animated place with nice people attending customers.
Good food, somehow balanced with its prices.
Worth at least one visit to try/confirm this.

Perfect food, just sad it wasn’t really clear that there were jalapenos in the mac&cheese. Accept for that, just perfect!

Service and staff were great as always!
I ate the twisted mac and cheese, which I absolutely love, and tried a new yummy cocktail.

Møre than perfect. We visit Lisbon six days and eat 3 days at the hardrock café.

Excellent, great food. The location is great, the building was as old movie theater.

Poor service, the waitress brought 2 glasses of wine and we ordered 1 bottle and were still obliged to pay for the 2 glasses of wine. I'll send the invoice because I want a refund

We was many time in the hard Rock café around the world. But this one, was the very bad one.!!
Salad was very bad, we was seek.
The plates was served very to fast! We don't finish one they served the next one..

As always, a pleasure to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe. Had a nice chat with the ad-interim Paola from Rome!

I've been to HRC Lisbon several times, but this time was a disappointment. We tried time and time again to get our waiter's attention to place orders for drinks and food and he would blatantly ignore us and often forget our orders. We started ordering at 7:30pm and at 9:00 pm were still trying to order dessert. At 9:15pm we were filling in the form of the complaints book, after the waiter brought us a wrong bill that was nearly three times our consumption. During the meal our waiter (Joseph) was not being diligent and I believe he was annoyed at us for placing orders with other waiters, which I believe he deleted from the system on purpose. That's why our orders kept being delayed and forgotten.

So nice to eat among music lovers! Love the ambiance, food and service!

All aspects of our visit was awful! We were there for my best friends hen party and the service and food we received was terrible. I visit The Hard Rock Cafe everywhere I travel and this was by far the worst. Spoilt our special occasion that we will never get back.

Always a nice place but waiter was not so efficicient and music was poor !

Food is ok. But not as delicious as in other Hard Rock Cafes. Service staff is rushed and not very attentive. The prices are much higher than in other Restaurants nearby. I expected the food and service to be as outstanding as the prices. But it wasn't.

No atmosphere as I expected more than the football on a big screen. Staff were good but seemed rushed and it showed in the service. First drink was not as ordered. Bugger was nice but generally the whole experience was overpriced. Feel like your paying for the name and not the experience.

Sophia the waitress was amazing. Food wasn’t the best we have had at a Hard Rock Cafe but was fine. Staff were great we booked for 7 but went much earlier and they fitted us in.

Hard Rock Lisboa is one of the most popular spots of the Lisbon night. Perfect food, service andar staff and the night shows are always a pleasant surprise. Great spot.

Once again, was amazing the visit to Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon. Another great visit that we recomend to everyone. The food, the Staff, the Music, everything was very good. It will be one of our favourite places forever!!!

I enjoy Hard Rock Cafe very much. It has great food, music and events. People working there are always in the best mood. Sometimes the service takes too long. But overall it is a good experience.

Great service and delicious food! Especially the chicken tenders and Oreo cheesecake

The atmosphere is curious and fun.
Service is too slow - I mean, really slow - but the waiters are welcoming and have a good attitude.
Just think that waiting for 25 min for a drink is way too many minutes...
Too many people - they cramp up the room and there is not much chair space between tables. This also increases the noise level, obviously.
It is fun, but not good.

Quality of food could definately become better. For the price of the burgers the quality is not good. It could be fixed easily with some interest in the quality of the lettuce, fresh tomatoes, fresh nice pickles and a good amount of tasy sauce. My burger was dry, the lettuce could not be called lettuce, not enough sauce and no fresh tomato or other veg.

My wife and I enjoyed very much the night, it was perfect, the 5ex Band did an awesome job! Congratz. Just the food was not at the same level than the United States HardRock that I went. All the other things were amazing.

We always try to go to a Hard Rock Cafe if there is one in the city we are visiting, Lisbon was great, food excellent, service very friendly and at the right pace, music good, we sat upstairs which was really good, we would definitely recommend it.
