Excellent food and service! We will definitely eat here again.
The atmosphere was great. Limited menu and the Trash Can nachos seemed less than previous visits.
Food was delicious and the service was wonderful! Only noise was coming from the casino entrance!
During Covid and first time there. Can of Nachos served hot; Burger and Chicken sandwiches served warm (at best) and fries cold. Not impressed. Coffee yuck! Manager was nice enough to eliminate charge of chicken sandwich. That’s all I got.
We waited about a half hour before the food came out then when it got to us it was cold although delicious. The food presentation was very well done.
The food was excellent! Enjoyed the burgers and fries!! Checking into restaurant even if you had reservations was crowded and unorganized. Everything else was great!
The food was excellent, our server did an amazing job and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Fries were cold and my burger was not what I had asked for. A bit pricey too.
the brisket rolls were delicious! the nachos were out of this world!
Great food from apps, entree, to dessert. The garlic fries are a must try!!
Didn’t get waited on for 20 minutes, until my husband got up and asked a staff person for a waitress. Overall food and venue was ok, we were placed in dusty corner away from the TVs/bar. overpriced drinks
Food is good but pricey. Waitress was very good. Manager nasty and condescending. Had an issue with seating. It was resolved but she wasn’t pleasant.
Great food, drinks, ambience and the staff was very attentive!
Pastrami egg rolls amazing...turkey burger very good but everything else..meh
To be fair, we were dressed very casually, however, it shouldn't matter. I tip very well, but the tip would have been better than 37% if the service was better. Now, many would say this is too much, but I suspect they don't get great tips in this location so I still tipped well. Service was not the best, but the ambiance, food, and cleanliness was very good. I had to wait for my drink to be refilled and my sister did not get her extra sour cream as requested...later she received it after asking twice. Please do better with service!!!
If it wasn’t for the pretty good service we experienced it would most certainly receive one star. The trash can nachos were not worth $20, they significantly lacked flavor. Wasn’t impressed by the menu, which seemed to lack options. Wasn’t sure if it was because of COVID or if the menu is just small. Overall, wouldn’t go back for the food. Place was clean and service was decent though.
Expensive cold food. Been many times, and wasn't thrilled this time.
The Quality of the food should have been better for the prices. I got the steak frites the steak was bland and tough and the brussels were kind of raw the fries were ok but not fresh. I actually bought the same meal a night before at the sugar factory $10 more but totally worth it. The pastrami egg rolls are the BEST!!
The food took way to long to get to us. I waited so long I I even eat I just boxed my food and left. The price is decent The food was ok. There was basically nothing to chose from. Poor food selection
Trash can nachos were cold and pretty sure made us sick, the drinks were good, prices were high for what we got but it’s the casino and it is what it is. Not impressed
The service was exceptional! So friendly and attentive. The food was pretty bland to us. I got the cajun pasta. One of my favorites from most places. But holy cow, there was like zero flavor. My husband tried it and he said the sauce was watery. Our drinks were really good. My husband enjoyed his burger. It was supposed to be medium rare, but there was barely any pink. I was expecting a lot more from a celebrity chef restaurant and I'm kind of sad I wasted my reservation here and we didn't just go to David Burke's. Definitely not worth the price at all.
We decided to have a birthday dinner out during our recent overnight stay at Foxwoods. Dining options are very limited so Guys was the most reasonable choice for our budget and had the most variety of american fare. The options are very limited with only a few entrees to choose from and several burgers. For the price the quantity of food was there but the quality was just okay for my Cajun Pasta Alfredo. My husband ordered the Mac and cheese burger and it was covered in onions (shredded and mixed in well with the lettuce making it hard to sort out— he’s not a fan and didn’t notice it on the menu) there was also no bottom bun to be found and there was barely any Mac and cheese on the burger. He was really unhappy but we were celebrating a night out and a special occasion birthday and our server was very quick and attentive. We had an appetizer that was fantastic — pastrami egg rolls. They stole the show for sure!!
Besides from being freezing, everything was good!
First time to the restaurant, food was good and our server, Sergio was excellent!
Chicken sandwich was delicious and our drinks were really tasty as well. It was a nice reprieve from all the craziness of the rest of the casino. Would go again.
Great experience. Very clean and felt totally comfortable eating here. Food was awesome and service impeccable. Will definitely eat here again
Great American fare, barriers between tables and bar seats made us feel pretty safe. Would definitely dine here again next time we come to Foxwoods!
The food was amazing, and the waitress was outstanding
Waited @ 10 minutes for someone to initially come to our table. Food not prepared as ordered. Charged $.25 for extra BBQ sauce, for an $18 sandwich, that came out ice cold! Pulled pork sandwich was half fat Very little meat, onion straws were not on sandwich as advertised.
This was our second and last visit.
Excellent food. Server was slow but made it up to us.
Great experience. Service was excellent. Didn’t feel rushed and had a great time!! Definitely going back
Great burgers
Great food. Fun menu in a great location. Wear a sweater or jacket because it’s right by the rotunda which creates a windy atmosphere. Chicken fried chicken with jalapeño infused white cream sauce. ... to die for
Wonderful Food everything tasted great and very quick
Trash can nachos and chili fries were great! Chopped cob salad was so dry due to lack of dressing and had a terrible smell to it. Pulled pork sandwich was good and 10 ounce sirloin steak was the worst steak i ever had. It was cooked medium as I ordered but it was uneatable due to all the muscle and tendons in it. All 3 bites I tried were not chewable so entire plate was not eaten.
Had a great time and very nice service
Great food decent drinks and great ambiance. I am coming back next time for sure.
The waitress was awesome very nice lady
The food was pretty good not the best day ever had but was good
Cajun chicken Alfredo was delicious! Looked as good as it tasted.
Waste of time bring a peanut butter and jelly you’ll be glad you did don’t waste your time or your money
