   My mum & I had the GZ 3-course lunch deal today. We had made a reservation so had a great little table right on the front. Staff were all friendly & attentive & the food was absolutely delicious. No dinner required tonight that’s for sure. Thanks GZ crew!

   Hi Tania Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we strive to provide the best possible experience, we also know that things don’t always go perfectly. We acknowledged the beer spilt and immediately replaced the platter, adding extra calamari as a gesture of goodwill. We also ensured that the food was taken off your bill to make up for the inconvenience. Regarding the wait time, we did experience an unexpectedly busy lunch along with a function, which caused delays, and we appreciate your patience. We regret that we couldn't offer you a waterfront table on the spot as they've been booked out weeks in advance. We sincerely apologise for this unfortunate experience and will continue working on improving our service. Please feel free to reach out if you want to discuss this further.
