The ordering online can be tricky if you don't have a younger family member or friend to help you and when food servers and plate collectors are different people you can end up with a very messy table. But the food was great. We all enjoyed ourselves.

A beautiful venue and setting. Was good for the kids as it has a playground and grass area, although the inground trampoline unfortunatley is gone. The wine was delicious, food was tasty and well presented. However they only have grazing platters. It would be good if they offerred other options. They had good food options for kids, including deserts. Most seating is outside, which is the best spot given the scenery, and they have heaters but being winter it was quite cold so make sure you take a warm coat.

Lovely setting. Good service. Wine pretty good. Food ( let’s just say that for $36 sharing plates, they’re creaming it.

Manager on site very rude and unhelpful. Wait staff ok but lacked enthusiasm and did not greet with a smile. Food and wine good - only reason I would recommend.

Unfortunately staff were rude on arrival, so that was not a good start. Impersonal ordering system where we waited an hour for a drink order only managing to collect it upon leaving.

Green Olive has been a favourite of ours up until recently. The owners need a serious policy review on their dog friendly service. The utter lack of control from the winery on the expectations and behaviour from dogs and their owners is astounding. We often dine with young children and a large party with 2 Alsatian’s were seated undercover next to us. One of the dogs tried to attack another dog, lunging centimetres from my SEATED 4 year old as he was eating. The owner had no control. Disgraceful, unsafe and we won’t be returning with families and guests until there is a change. There should be a safe outdoor space for families to dine without the threat of a badly behaved dog and owner. How can you relax and enjoy everything Green Olive has to offer with this sort of ambiance and unsafe environment for dining. I am disappointed and won’t be recommending again.

Food was great. Location was extremely beautiful and peaceful. But the lack of personal service was the thing I did not like. No true table service other than meals being delivered. QR code ordering and paying prior to receiving order is total disrespect for the customer. Then the additional processing charge added on top for each item ordered is ridiculous. The tables were far too narrow to place 3-4 Meal plates and drinks on. Then the ridiculous charge ($39.00) for 10 adults to cover the fact we bought a box of cupcakes to celebrate a special birthday “took the award” for customer service. yes we were refunded the $39 after we decided that it was a ridiculous price to eat 12 cupcakes there. Due to the lack of personal customer service & QR ordering system I would not be recommending anybody to visit your Winery for a meal. Also the quality of the highly priced Rose was well below expectations.
