I had big expectations! It's really hard to find a nice italian restaurant where food is good in taste and quality products. I would say products were really good quality but no taste! It's not likely that I will be back to this restaurant!

The food was great, the service was excellent and very friendly. The only problem was it was a bit noisy, it is a small space and it was full so it was not necessary to have music blaring. We were two and seated in the middle of the room, at times we had difficulty hearing one another. But would definitely go again.

Real genuine Italian, real tastes, original ingredients. Antipasti and "fileja" (a typical pasta from the Calabria region, hand made here) with 'nduja and black olives are unbeatable.

Quite small and good buzz (although some people may consider loud). A lot of large bones in sardines and fish unfortunately otherwise a nice place.

First time I visited with a friend we both had the set menu great value & very tasty. We also had starter from the a la carte which was tasty. Had a bottle of wine really nice & coffees were excellent. Service could have been a bit better particularly as the restaurant was not full. We had to ask for an ice bucket for the wine & more water. Small gripes overall very good we will come back.

Nice to have an early bird option as well as a la carte.

Grano restaurant in Stoneybatter is definitely worth a visit. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff very welcoming and work effortesly in a small space. The freshly made pasta, which you see being made and cut to order is lovely. Definitely worth booking a table.

While the starter and main course are delicious, the staff (owners not waitress) failed to let us know that our choice of plate was no longer available and presented us with a diff dish without giving us the choice to make our own choice.

Furthermore the pasta dishes with tomato sauce were drenched in passata to the point that it took away any authenticity of home made sauce instead it was obvious that it came from a large tub of passata.

It was only my second time there and I will not be returning.

I’ve been meaning to try this restaurant for awhile and it didn’t disappoint this evening, the food was amazing. Keep up the great work! Great ambience and overall a very relaxing evening. Falling down in service which is a shame. The restaurant is more than adequately staffed and they are all really nice people however my & neighboring tables had to constantly beckon waiting staff in between initial drinks order, starter, main, dessert and bill for service!

Was looking for a quiet enough, chilled place with good quality food to catch up with old friends. It was a relaxed atmosphere, wooden tables and casual enough, but the kind of place you could arrive dressed up or down and it wouldn't matter. My food was very tasty - lovely Buffalo mozzarella starter and a pork main course. The pasta went down well with everyone. Fresh produce and tasty. Staff very pleasant. Wines by the glass were good value and quality.

We had booked our table for 9pm and we were not seated until 9:30, no real apology just explained that they were busy and waiting for the customer to vacate the table. I feel we should have been offered a drink on the house as an apology. I was ready to walk out but the menu held our attention! It is a pity we were left sitting on a bench with our jackets still on. I would recommend Grano, it is a lovely restaurant and the food is really good. Perhaps the delay was a once off as I would hope they would take better care of their customers to ensure a return visit
