The service was exceptional and the food was to die for.
Great food and wine and really attentive staff!
Great service, delicious food!
We celebrated our Anniversary and the stuff take a great care of us! Will definitely be coming back
Fantastic service, very quick and great food!
Best food and worst service!!!
- Best pizza with fantastic dough
- Worst service from counter till you will get a bill
Go there for only food and be patient for service. Chinese cheap food court will have a better service.
I made an online reservation but my table was not prepared.
High tempered Italian waiter and waitress will show you rude when you ask for anything.
Menu is overpriced as far as service is concerned.
Thanks for looking after my guests last night. We absolutely loved the squid ink linguini!
Food was great however our food took over an hour. The waiter admitted to forgetting to place our order after about 45 minutes waiting. The food finally arrived and they gave me the wrong pasta dish. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct dish. We were disappointed that no compensation was offered. Even to offer a free coffee? My food arrived after my family had finished eating. Very disappointed.
Great food and atmosphere
Gradi is our favourite Italian Restaurant.
The staff are professional, friendly and focused.
Food selection and quality is great and it is always the first restaurant we book when we stay at the Crown Towers. And we always look forward to eating there more than once each visit.
The food was beautiful as too was the atmosphere.
Service was impeccable!
We couldn’t fault Gradi
Food nice for the price
Excellent food however service was poor as it felt rushed even though restaurant was fully booked but waiters should always be more attentive and caring to their table.
Lovely spot, delish pizza with prawns, ambiance and fun. Bruno the waiter was great fun and super efficient. Thank you
Awesome dining experience, great ambiance
Service was outstanding form everyone, particularly Bruno was very attentive and welcoming but not overpowering.
As per usual, Gradi never fails to amaze. The food was perfect and even more so impressive as I took a guest there for the first time.
The calzone is perhaps my favourite dish there and it never ceases to amaze me how the quality remains top notch no matter how many times I dine there.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone when it comes to fine Italian cuisine.
Great food and vibe.
Not our first time here and won't be our last!
I really enjoyed my dining experience, but it almost didn't happen because the online booking I had made through this site didn't show up when I told the Gradi staff I had a reservation. They couldn't find it. It was fortunate that I went on a weeknight and there were a few tables available.
I would go back to Gradi again, but would not book online like this again. I will ring the restaurant directly in future!
Excellent service, great food
Great food, service was flawless. Highly recommend
Great ambiance & service from the minute we walked in. Booking online was simple and seamless experience with text reminders & follow up. On arrival greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table immediately. Afforded top service throughout the night by our waiter Thomas. Glasses we topped up, food service impeccable and pizzas delicious.
Thanks Johnny - you gave our family a sensational evening. We still remember our meals two days later and can't wait to return. Your staff have high attention to detail and your food is consistent, fresh, authentic and quality plus!
Cheers for the Voucher as we did return and loved it! Chrissie Collins
Excellent! Even sang me happy birthday with my dessert.
We booked a lovely early Mother’s Day Dinner and were taken to a lovely table as requested. We were waited on by the most vibrant and engaging waitress who made our night that much more enjoyable. Alex went above and beyond with her attentive, genuine and bubbly service. The food was fresh, very hot and quick to arrive, paired with a great choice of wine.
Thank you for making our evening perfect. It was so nice to walk out of a restaurant very impressed.
The food is overage and overpriced. It’s ok to catch up with friends for brunch and share a pizza. Great location.
Great pizza and sides (and wine) as always and our waiter was very friendly!
Unfortunately not a great experience.
Far too noisy...
Far too many tables... people kept pushing chairs to walk thru.
Service average one could argue poor... I ordered a bottle of wine and received a glass of wine instead, attended to my guests on several occasions to refill our wine glass.
Extremely disappointed with Gradi at Crown.
The front of restaurant staff were rude - even though the sign said for guests with a reservation to queue separately, the waitress was offensive, dismissive and even argumentative! Then the next waitress said they only had tap water at $10 a bottle! Later we were offered two complimentary Desserts, after ordering our Desserts the Duty Manager then came over and said no we weren't supposed to be offered such a generous 'gift' and we then cancelled our $17 Desserts - not good enough.
Wonderful service and great food . A really good wine list . A lovely lunchtime experience
Food was fantastic as always!! Been there 10 or more times and always great.
Service can suffer at times but over all it’s good
It was my second time there.Food and service were great. Our waiter Carlos, was fantastic. The only bad thing I can say is we waited a bit for our food to come.Maybe it was a busy night,I’m not sure.
Partner and I went for dinner on Good Friday, luckily I made a reservation before hand because there were many people waiting to grab a table!
The customer service was a solid 10/10, they really make customer service a priority!
We both ordered Pizzas which came out within 10 minutes of ordering!! I was shocked at how fast our food came, plus the pizzas were delish!
I have been coming to Gradi since it opened, but my last visit will probably be my last.
The menu has shrunk considerably and some of the typically Italian dishes are not available anymore ( meatballs!)
The price of a pizza is around $30- really?
The pizzas are not even warm enough to eat after finishing your first piece. Disappointingly, I don't think they are cooked at 400 gradi (degrees)
The prices are inflated for what you are actually getting.
The food was delicious and the staff attentive and friendly. My only criticism would be the service is slow. Once staff arrive they are attentive and will cater to your needs. The drinks came quickly and the food arrived in a good time frame. Plates were also cleared in a good time frame but trying to track wait staff down inbetween (i.e. to order more drinks) is difficult. They are too busy. Another one or two employees would be perfect.
Service was really slow, with nearly an hour wait for entree after ordering.... took a long time to even place a drinks order.... food was ok, but way over priced.
Food was fantastic! Really enjoyed the meals, would definitely eat here again.
Our waiter wasn’t the best, a bit abrupt, came back several times to confirm our order, and didn’t take time to understand something about my drink which I wanted half sparkling half orange juice... but was charged for a full glass of expensive champagne.
But we had a good time.
Okay so very busy Saturday night but food was very average at best and well below average at worst.
Oysters were dry and not fresh - v. expensive. Tomato salad was best thing we ordered. Lemon in Muslin was about the nicest thing I could say about them. Pizza was below average - soggy base, toppings were not good quality. If this won best pizza in the world what rubbish!! Crust was best bit. Gnocchi was a slight step up from what I could buy in Woolworths in a blah tomato sauce.
I was expecting a high end dining experience, given the description of the restaurant. Unfortunately this was not the case. The food was wonderful however the service was lacking. Time and time again I had to ask for my water glass to be refilled. Either provide bottles of water on the table or be more attentive please. At the end of our meal we were wanting the dessert menu and to order coffee. Waiters passed and finally (after 15 minutes) I had to stop one and ask for the dessert menu.
great ambiance great food and great service.. will definitely come back
Love Gradi! The food is outstanding as is the service. A little disappointed that the menu has got a lot smaller plus the wine prices have got too expensive
Great service food was fresh and tasty
