Restaurant almost empty at peak time was a warning sign. Had to repeatedly ask for waitering. Half of the menu items unavailable! Half of drinks items also unavailable . Presentation of food poor. Taste was marred by experience of junior waiters who have not been trained to Deliver customer focused care.
Overall experience was poor as the mobile app was not user friendly and did not have descriptions for menu items making it difficult to make a choice. Had to ask a waiter for physical menus. Service was also very slow, ordered 4 drinks to the table and only two arrived. We had to go up to the bar to check and only then were the other drinks made. Was also told coca cola had run out, so needed to choose something else. This should be reflected on the app. Drinks also overpriced. It appeared the restuarant were understaffed as the staff appeared very stressed and distressed at both the bar, floor and kitchen. The idea of having a food bar is nice, however under one kitchen with minimal staff makes no sense. You are stretching the staff across such a wide menu that its impactong service.
Service was shocking. Coffee was cold and sent back. Orders were mixed up and sent back. Would be a nightmare for allergy sufferers. Told we couldn’t have anything from the bar as the bartender hadn’t arrived. Later when chef came to serve our drinks, multiple wines were not available. No one checked to see if our meals were eventually ok. We were not offered further drinks when glasses were empty. Table was not cleared when we had finished eating and we were not offered dessert or teas / coffees. All the while the manager and waitress stood chatting across the pass to the kitchen staff. The place was empty and I now understand why. Will never return as food barely passable and staff not interested in providing good customer service.
Good variety of food, great service from manager manisa would visit again
The food was delicious, but service poor and long. Looks like more take away place not dine in.
The staff were very nice, but the service was extremely slow. We nearly missed our movie after waiting 45 minutes for a burger and fries.
