Whenever possible we use produce from our farm, we have lamb, a bountiful vegetable garden, fruit and macadamia trees. When sourcing other produce we seek out local and passionate farmers, makers and growers.
Our chefs cook wholesome and delicious farm style meals which highlight the produce. Every Sunday we reinvent the classic roast lunch, giving it a modern and fresh spin.
A lovely, casual feel, excellent ambience, fresh, home grown food, very friendly and efficient staff. Great wine!
Great food, location & setting. Helpful & knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend & will return for sure.
Just how genuine farm based cellar door dining should be.
Refreshingly unpretentious yet professional food + service!
Fabulously fresh ingredients of outstanding quality, prepared honestly + authentically in rustic, stylish surroundings.
Bravo to the team!
I had wanted to try this place out for a while as I had heard so many good things about it. It exceeded my expectations. It was a real paddock to plate experience set in a rustic farm location. The food was amazing, each dish was perfectly prepared and perfectly presented as well as being cooked to our individual specifications. The service was infallible, we were originally sat outside and when the weather looked like it might be turning we were offered a table inside. I would highly recommend this place.
Amazing location, food and service. It was our first time dining and recommended by a friend. Couldn’t fault anything. Greeted by very friendly staff and offered a wine tasting before our meal. This was appreciated as we were able to pick a wine we all enjoyed and would pair the best with our dishes. We loved the family history of the place - we sat under a flame tree their grandmother had planted 70 years ago. Our entries came out promptly and were divine , we were left to relax as was our preference and outlet mains arrived about 45 mins after. It’s defined a place that you go to enjoy a leisurely lunch so you can soak up the ambience and atmosphere. Would definitely go again and highly recommend!
Good food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly team, would recommend
We love Glenarty Road. Wonderful every time. Birthday Lunch with good friends under a shady tree with food fresh from the farm- what more?
Best place ever. Great food, great wine, great service. Our go to place with visitors, or just for a lovely afternoon.
I've already recommended to many people in passing - great place, delicious food, lovely people - all done the way it should be done!
Best kept secret in Margaret River. Amazing , innovative food and rustic vibe.
Always Consistently deelish & delightful afternoons
Thanks very much
Lovely place full of character and quirky twists that relate back to the history of the place. The food was great really enjoyed the starters and mains and couldn’t fit in a dessert! Wines were also good and the staff were lovely and friendly everyone really made us feel at home . Will be back
Being locals it’s great to have a fantastic rustic venue as Glenarty on our door step especially when having visitors to share the experience.
We will certainly be back for more of the same.
We really enjoyed our Glenarty Road farm to plate experience. The rustic shed is the perfect location to enjoy fresh ingredients from their farm. There were so many choices on the menu so we decided to have share plates. The carpark corn with Gin butter was outstanding and the octopus was beautifully tender. I would certainly recommend trying lunch here if you planning a trip to Karridale.
Delicious fresh food! Amazing chef, we absolutely loved it. Great place for kids too
Hey Isabela Just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for taking the time to type a few kind words. Makes us love it more when we hear you love it too! Cheers The Glenarty Road Team
Love this place.
Happy , helpful wait staff.
Generous and informative wine staff.
Interesting menu with delicious choices.
Long slow lunches in the company of
other slowed down munchers.
Playful kids - hammocks and grass to tumble on.
An old style garden with tables under trees and in the shade.
A really charming place with exceptional food, friendly and helpful staff, and warm and welcoming atmosphere. Loved it so much I returned the very next day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Five stars.
Hi Jane We loved seeing you twice in a row! You guys timed your visits so well. Hopefully you make it back again! Thank you for the 5 stars! Cheers The Glenarty Road Team
We had a fabulous lunch at the winery and tasted some great wines too. Very casual and friendly feel with nothing being too much trouble. The outdoor tables shaded by the trees were great and the grounds beautiful. A gem of a place , tucked away from the major road. Thanks for having us !
Hey Joanna We really do appreciate you taking the time after your experience to say some kind things! We loved having you and hope you make it back! Thanks again The Glenarty Road Team
Wonderful ambience and use of local produce. A favourite served up by outstanding staff. Long may it prosper.

Outstanding wines , fantastic food and quiet , professional service !
Would highly recommend!
Hey Ruth We just wanted to throw some love back your way. We are chuffed with the 5 stars! Thank you! The Glenarty Road Team
Beautiful relaxed setting with great staff and service. Their wine is amazing! We left with one of the staff chasing after us to give us a delicious loaf of their homemade sourdough bread as a gift! Highly recommend this place!
Hi Rebecca You were pretty lucky to be getting one of Joaquin's loaves! It isn't very often we have any left! Thank you so much for taking the minute to write your review. Cheers The Glenarty Road Team
Wonderful setting they really care about the produce and ingredients they use
Hi Nicola We do care about what we produce and how it is all used. It makes us all feel really humbled when it is appreciated and noticed. thank you for taking a moment out of your time to write this review. Cheers The Glenarty Road Team

Very beautiful environment and friendly staff.
The wine which staff recommended to our meals were really good!
Highly recommend to spend a whole afternoon in here
Cannot fault a thing! Utterly superb!
Seems they are going from strength to strength here hidden away among the farms and trees. A bountiful and tasty meal, with very fresh farm produce so simply and creatively cooked and presented. Thanks crew...you know that we will return!
The food was excellent but the noise levels made conversation almost impossible. I would not go again unless that problem is addressed
A lovely rural setting with great wines and the best seasonal food. Occy and lamb to die for!
Had a wonderful Sunday lunch at this lovely place. We shared char-grilled octopus for a starter and then slow roasted rolled lamb shoulder with a beetroot, feta and quinoa salad for a main. The flavours were exquisite and the lamb was soo tender! The wine list is quite extensive and they are now offering a selection of "guest" wines from other local producers along with beer from the Beer Farm. Can't wait to go back and try something else from the menu.
Lovely, farm to table food where the vegetables are grown on the farm and the meat is either farm grown (delicious lamb fro their own property and local beef and pork)
The greeting was informal in keeping with the whole Glenarty experience and it immediately felt friendly. A quick wine tasting to consider beverages for the meal, then ordering from the limited but predominantly “farm to plate” menu.
An interesting roasted bone marrow with artisan bread for entree (very tasty), then mains which were both exceptional - one beef and one pork. A Shiraz went well with the beef and Chardonnay matched the pork nicely.
The desserts sounded great but the mains had matched our hunger. All in all a very enjoyable lunch made better by the seemingly casual but attentive staff.
I was so excited to visit Glenarty. Overall it did not disappoint. The food was beautiful, the concept is great and the staff were friendly both at the table and tasting counter. The ambiance was a bit quiet for what I would expect from somewhere full of character with the story that is Glenarty. I expected a bit more enthusiasm upon entering given the unique concept. We knew what we ordered however each dish had a range of ingredients and it would have been nice to have them re-explain the dishes from ingredients to cooking methods we were receiving them rather than reading them from the menu. Because of the seasonal and affordable menu I would return again and recommend to friends. It is a stunning venue amongst beautiful grounds with a nice range of self produced wines and a few locals drops too! Loved the BBQ.
Just a beautiful place to have lunch. The outdoor area is just so peaceful with the gardens, ducks, dogs, shade, music, sheep. Service was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend Glenarty Road for a leisurely lunch.
Beef was tough and served luke warm at best.
Lamb was not cooked as requested, ie medium well.
Side dishes were excellent.
Overall, $35 for a 150grams of Blade steak is not good value.
Appreciate the style of cooking over flame, but using the these cuts require extended cooking times.
A little gem tucked away in the rural setting of Karridale about 15 minutes South of Margaret River, this place serves up some of the best wood fired meats and home grown vegetables I have ever had down South. Fabulous spot, good food, great for families with small children.
A hidden gem and well worth the effort given it is a little off the normal Margaret River track and we were travelling from Dunsborough.
We are looking forward to a return visit.
Good venue and food was good. Only disappointment was that we were not able to order the $55. Lunch special for 4 guest. It was either for all 8 of us or individual meal for each. Can't see the logic of this. The men wanted the set menu and the ladies were only able to eat a main meal. The waiter told us that if we want the $55 set menu it had to be for all of us at the table. This was disappointing.
Great food and friendly service in a beautiful country setting.
