Perfect place for a special meal. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
Had a great Dinner for 5 , Sommelier was brilliant as usual , He is very knowledgeable and have been seeing him from few years, I am a regular at Glass and rate it very highly. However this time was disappointed it took the Kitchen very long to serve the table, Had requested bread which came when we were nearly finished, No apology tendered. The flat head in the Mains was very dry. Desserts were excellent and our seating was brilliant with QVB views
Food was incredible and worth the 1.5hr+ wait for mains...
High quality food, well presented. I would eat there again.
We had Ma’am as our waitress. She was so pleasant and so helpful with my dietary requirements. She is a credit to your restaurant.

Food was not bad, but it was not worth $240 for 2 ppl. Service was just okay, when we finished dining, the waiters didn’t ask anything about how’s the satisfaction with the food and the service, even nobody was on the company when we were leaving.

We gave eaten many times at Glass and (as always) our experience exceeded our expectations. We had the degustation menu - fabulous! Thank you chef! Also, a huge thank you to all the service staff for making the night so memorable. We are looking forward to dining there again soon. Highly recommended.
There isn't any meal impress me but I like the high ceiling, the fit out of the restaurant and the view of QVB building therefore I give it a four stars.

I have my birthday dinner at 6 feb 2021 for 3people on 5.30pm , but we are not really welcomed well by the front of house staff , my sister came first and show our online booking to the lady (really not professional,served my sister with long face and not friendly gaze)who’s in charged that time,waited for 15minutes then another FOH coming showed us our seat. We understand we booked the table last minutes then we asked if possible for window seating, but the staff sounds so angry that we couldn’t have the window seating, we understood that the circumstances,but at least you dont need to sounds so angry. Really disappointed. This is my second time here, very different with my first time coming. Everyone so warm and welcome. Then after that i saw that FOH lady again , welcoming other “special” customers so warm with her smile eye( i know everyone wore a mask but you can tell if they’re happy or not), so i reckon the staff only nice with regular customers or what ??
The foods are quite good but the service turn out disappointed. Will consider twice to coming back again.
Staff was so kind and liked the gorgeous design of the restaurant.

First time at Glaashouse and loved it. Great food, good servings and service. Ambiance was lovely and we really loved the room. Will definitely be back
the lamb was very very chewy, not sure lamb should be like that.
the was my second time at this restaurant, the first time the slow cook beef was so over cooked it had little to no texture.

The 5 Course Degustation food was ok but the a la carte menu is better value for money.

We were overcharged by 3 bottles of sparkling water. This was the only low point.

We dined here on Boxing Day night so the degustation menu was not available. We had the crab omelette and prawns for starter. Both fantastic. Then we had the meat for 2 which was a T-bone steak. The steak was cooked to perfection and the portion was very generous. Came with two sides, truffle mashed potatoes and red cabbage salad with roasted hazelnuts and pomegranate. This steak for 2 was definitely better value than ordering 2 separate steaks, I think we ended up with about 900g of meat between us.
We usually order two desserts but were getting full so ordered only one which was the gooey chocolate tart with apricots, toffee popcorn and ice cream. I didn’t really like the apricots on the tart but the rest of the dessert was lovely .
The sommelier recommended a fantastic red wine to go with our meal, 10/10!
Overall we had a great meal and would be glad to go back there again.
