A consistent performer, which never fails to please.
The food was amazing, service was excellent
Couldn’t fault it at all
As always, an exceptional meal and wine! Different foods, served beautifully and served exceptionally well.
Food presentation not up to expectation set by prices charged. My Salmon Three Ways lacked creative flair and all the salmon pieces basically tasted the same because the miso broth was added to the whole plate rather than just to one piece of salmon.
2 x gnocchi were dry and rubbery and Lamb Cutlet was not cooked as requested. Quail starter was nice but tough.
Very good only disappointment was one of the special s, chicken was sold out at 7pm
We Love this special Restaurant. Sydney is Very fortunate!
Service is amazing
Fabulous food and a special birthday note, thank you.
A family gathering, which is good.
Delicious food. Wait staff were very attentive and genuine with their service
A very reliable haute cuisine meal in a beautiful setting. Always great service.
We had a 45 anniversary and the staff went out of there way to congratulate us and even as we didn't order desert we had happy anniversary written on a plate with a couple of truffles , service is always good but this time as my husband is coeliac our waiter was very good thank you for making our time there special
We did the $49 breakfast and the food and service were both terrible. The service was slow and the buffet food was horrible. There was no bacon or mushrooms and the tomatoes were sour. I think it’s a rip off
Had a great experience! Quality food, wine and service :)
The location and ambiance is amazing however I was disappointed in the food. The trio of oysters was very average and my main fish tasted like it came from the local thai restaurant. Not what I was expecting. organic wine was great though. I would select the food differently next time.
We sampled from the tapas menu. Everything was great. Service was very friendly. Pate was delicious.
My wife and I were celebrating a special moment in our life. The restaurant is very impressive in all areas , appearance , staff and of course the food.
Regrettably our table was two tables adjacent to the kitchen and the continual issuing of instructions by head chef was too intrusive to enjoy any chance to have a conversation at a reasonable level.
We do enjoy the restaurant very much however we would not be prepared to visit again without an assurance we were not allotted a table in a position out of hearing of the person shouting continually in the kitchen.

Most times we travel to Sydney we dine at least once. We have not been disappointed.
Disappointing that espresso coffee is not included with the set price buffet and is additional and expensive charge. This made such a bad impression. Not many five star hotels do this anymore. It seems cheap.
Paid $51 for a piece of steak and one veg (broccoli)!!! The sashimi just that? ordinary. A rule of thumb is you shouldn't walk away from a good meal thinking about what it cost!! if you do the meal wasn't good enough. I was expecting this experience to be "world class" considering it has the name 'Hilton' and 'Luke Mangan' attached to it but it was disappointing for those reputations.
The same can be said for the 'afternoon tea' in the 'Executive Lounge'. I recommend you look at the Crown in Melbourne!
Excellent service, attentive, polite and helpful.
The food was divine, fresh and absolutely delicious!
Thank you for a wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back.
Came here for dinner after work for my daughters university graduation. We loved to ambiance and particularly the music. We felt like we were in A New York restaurant where we go often and where they get the music and ambiance just right. Food was mostly above average and service was great.
Went there on a Monday afternoon, it was rather quite hence the service provided was amazing.
Great service. Quick arrival of food from course to course. Great mix of food on the degustation menu.
One of my favourite places to eat! Always have a great time.
Amazing food .
The prawn toast is a stand out .
And the salmon 3 ways.
Wawan the waiter made our visit special .
Wow wow wow
We had the 6 course degastion with matching wines To the average person its alot of money to spend on a dinner, but for special occasions superb , the meals were delightful and flavor packed wow
Will be going again in near future and would live to try a steak from the grill there
Food was great. Atmosphere suited my occasion - we didn't want anything too fancy or pretentious, and didn't want to feel judged by wait staff and other guests. Next time, I plan to bring the kids too.
Not outstanding food, a bit disappointing on their seafood selection .
We had the degustation of which the kingfish, the salmon dish and the lamb were excellent and stood out. The other dishes did not inspire. Service was minimal and mostly barely audible. Atmosphere was ok but I was glad we requested a move from our allotted table in the window hit by the sun. Our Friday lunch time booking coincided with a few boozy business lunches. We were disappointed with the food and service overall, we were expecting more from the Hilton Sydney.
As always the food is amazing, the wine card is unbelievable. i just found the service ( waitressing ) a bit slack on that day. we had to call them no eye contact may be it was father day but it was slow
Too crowded. Waiter was in a rush to move on and were pushy. Impatient waiters.
My husband and I really enjoyed the food. I'd never tasted such creative and tasty salad dressing as they served at Glass Brasseries. What made it so delicious?! Of course main dish (lamb shank and lamb rack) was superb. I have found that Sydney is one of the best spots for gourmet people. If I visit Sydney again, I eat at Glass Brasserie.
WE have been regular diners ever since Luke Mangan opened and always j
have enjoyed the cuisine
Brilliant in every way
Food great, staff great, space great
We had a really pleasant experience. The staff were really attentive and the food options were immense. Would dine here again.
An exceptional degustation meal paired with premium wines!
Once again the combination of ingredients and attentiveness of all staff was superb.
Thank you so much.
Exceptional services from all staffs, especially Chi. Would love to return again. Thank you everyone.
We had a get together of three couples on a mid-week evening. Most other rated restaurants were either too rigid on their booking times (6.00 or 8.00) or required fixed price, three course ordering.
That wasn't what we wanted and Glass provided the right balance of high quality food with a flexible ordering approach and at a time that suited us.
We got a table by the window with a view of the QVB and had a good range of starters (sashimi, oysters etc) and main courses (grilled fish, baked fish and lamb) with green vegetables as sides.
A full wine list with a good variety of price points in each wine type. We were chatty at the table but the acoustics of the restaurant handled it well. A good 8 or 9 out if 10 for the evening.
I booked by clicking on a "book now" link on Facebook for the Maggie Beer August Lunch Special. There did not appear to be any place dieing the online booking experience to specify that was the dining experience I was booking. I received confirmation at 8am via email and SMS - on a Sunday! Needless to say a silent email would have sufficed instead of a noisy SMS so early on a Sunday - really NOT impressed by that. My friend arrived before me and was settled in a lovely booth in the main part of the restaurant which was very pleasant. When I arrived we were given menus but there was no sign of the Maggie Beer dishes. When I asked the waiter for the correct menu he told me we would need to move to a different (not as nice) part of the restaurant. He then made us pick up our belongings and do the walk of shame to the back of the restaurant behind the lift area. The area was by no means full (Monday lunch time) and the other diners stopped eating to watch the show as they no doubt thought we were being evicted. I don't recall seeing anywhere on the promotion that the August special was restricted to C reserve seating. I'm still absolutely flabbergasted by this behaviour and will probably cancel my reservation for next Monday (which was booked before this fiasco occurred) as a result. I booked my table correctly and in good faith and was treated extremely poorly to the point of embarrassment. Not classy, Glass.
More options needed in breakfast buffet as not enough variety.
