We had a set menue the choices were limited but sufficient. The ambience was effected by Covid but the room was pleasant. The staff were a little busy and service suffered but was still reasonable. The meal was good value;we left contented
We were so glad that Glass is reopening and here we came for our gathering. The restaurant is fully booked with reduced capacity and strictly observe distancing. Glass is serving set course only and we ordered the 3 course. For entrees we tried the sashimi and the omelette. For mains we had the beef, spatchcock and lamb. For dessert we had the brûlée, the tart and the cheesecake. Almost all dishes are cooked to perfection except the beef; my friend ordered medium rare but was served as medium well. Also the cheesecake is a bit too average. Service is warm and attentive. Overall it’s enjoyable and we sure will be back.
It took a very long time for our food to be produced in fact 4hrs was not pleasant.
Your staff and menu selections never ever fail. You are always our choice for a quick lunch after shopping or family dinner celebration. This visit we were celebrating Avas Birthday. Such a beautiful evening. We laughed a lot and created some great memories and just in time before closing. We will be back at your door when you re open. It would be nice if the boss knew us as regulars like your staff do. I hope Ava’s letter is up for all staff to see.. see you on the flip side. Lots of LOVE

For a 5 star hotel it could be so much better and bigger
Food was excellent as usual but the wait staff need training. One male waiter was excellent but the female extremely poor. Serving etiquette was not there at all. More like a cafe.
Glass does not disappoint. Always enjoy our meals there.
A warm welcoming and the complimentary bread and oil was a nice start. There were good choices on our pre-theatre menu. Our choices were the salmon and steak which my husband and I both enjoyed.
The only downside was hearing the chef yelling out all the orders. Not sure why she had to scream to do so!
Glass is where my wife and I go for those life moments that require a fine dining celebration. The quality of the food, the central location, the attentive but discrete table service makes it superior. What I really love is that we are recognised from previous bookings - we feel “special” as repeat customers. It’s the same dynamic we get as Qantas Platinum frequent flyers.

We book a table at Glass Brasserie whenever we have something to celebrate or just want a special night out. We have been there as a couple and as a family. Loved every visit due to the attentive service from the waiters/waitresses/sommeliers and lovely food & wine.
This time, we had the crab omelette which has become our favourite dish here. The broth is lovely and the portion is generous. Our 5-year old son enjoyed the dish too. 1.2kg T-bone steak with sides was a good value. The meat was perfectly cooked to medium rare. It was beautiful. We’d definitely recommend this restaurant.
Having been here a few times before, and having loved it, this time I was a little disappointed. There seemed to be a few issues that were being carried on in the kitchen because there was a lot of noise coming from there. The ambience of this place is rather nice. A great dining space. The oysters were pretty good, but then again, all you have to do is shuck them. The rest of the food was not up to previous standards. I am hoping that this was just the one particular night that I visited. Its a nice place. The staff seemed flustered and directionless on this occasion to add to the "less pleased than expected" result.
Excellent food and service. The only issue we had is that for a top restaurant the tap water should have been filtered. Otherwise no complaints with the wine. We will revisit in the future.
Definitely one of my favourite Sydney resteraunts consistently excellent food and a magnificent wine list put together by Mauro who is the most knowledgeable sommelier I have met
