The sushi was not good tonight which is surprising because it’s been always consistent. Unfortunately my date became ill from the otsukuri omakase.

We had a very nice evening. Service was excellent . Food was very good too. Near the end of our meal , the noise level was high but it was my only complaint

So it is amazing. We had a truffled miso soup which was to die for. And for dessert we had eel sushi with foie gras on top...yum. it was odd to see one of the sushi chefs behind the counter eating bits and pieces while making sushi ... I kept thinking that he must be touching his mouth with those same gloves he uses to make the food. Hmmm

It was our first time at Ginko and it did not disappoint. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed the Miso soup and the sushi rolls were delicious and extremely fresh. The staff is very attentive and informative. The ambiance is very nice and there was a lively crowd especially for an early dinner time of 5:30. Very well done Ginko!

First time at GINKO and it did not disappoint!! Truly a culinary treat. We celebrated both of our birthdays with a great night out and we are already planning our next trip back. The flavor profiles of everything we had were incredible and truly second to none. The quality of the sashimi and sushi was impeccable and the entire chef/culinary team deserve major props! It was great being able to sit at the bar because we got to see every dish, including our own, being made and the attention to detail was very cool to observe up close! Our server, Joey, was great and he made our experience memorable and fun! His recommendations were great as was his menu knowledge. Truly worth every penny, we can’t wait to come back and try out an Omakase dining experience. Thank you GINKO!

Overall just an OK experience. 40-minute wait for four rolls of sushi that were underwhelming. One of the rolls was loosely rolled and falling apart. The other three were decent, but for the price point I was expecting exceptional. For Ohio sushi, this place is not that bad. When compared to other places I’ve lived and/or visited, this place is mid-tier at best.

We ordered the Omakase- it was 4 courses and we’d describe it as an experience for a special occasion. Expensive, but worth it! Each dish was beautifully plated and tasted exceptional. The server was top-notch— very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations. We have not stopped talking about the Purin (dessert dish). It might be the best dessert either of us have ever had.
