Gilson’s intimate dining room is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week and caters for large groups and private dining events.

Gilson offers an all day menu focusing on Italian cuisine and seasonal flavours.

A neighbourhood favourite due to its relaxed setting, friendly staff, fabulous drinks list and dishes such as the ‘avocado bruschetta’ for breakfast, the ‘Seafood Linguine' for lunch or dinner, and a 'tiramisu' for dessert.

Wood fired pizza is also available for lunch and dinner cooked in the custom built oven.

Gilson's brunch service is available for walk-ins with reservations available from midday.

The service was incredible, so well looked after and so so nice. The food was to die for and the waiter helped me select a wine and he knew exactly what I wanted. I went back the next day! And I will continue to go back

The man serving us was fast and polite. The food which was pasta, pizza and tiramisu and lemon cake was absolutely amazing. Always a pleasure dining at Gilson.

Starters were great, however main meals were completely lacking in flavour. Prawns over cooked and steak with minimal flavour. Disappointing experience considering I found a hair in my food too… staff handled it well however, for a restaurant that holds itself to the quality it does, completely disappointing.
