great friendly service, lovely pasta and good selection of wines
Excellent food and service, it's a little noisy for conversation is the only real downside but top marks for everything else, some really excellent Italian dining - only other thing is the wine list is a little uneven, the only bottle of Prosecco on offer is €47 which just seems over the top - but overall would strongly recommend this fab little place!
Nice cosy Sunday afternoon lunch, perfectly casual with a short crafted menu. Looking forward to going back.
Excellent meal as always. Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was superb. Great food and wine. Highly recommend.
The food was really excellent, wine delicious (too delicious!). Gigi’s is a very small & intimate space, a lovely evening out. Take care to ensure your glass isn’t filled every 10 minutes if you want to avoid thumping head the next day though!
Very friendly and positive staff, and delicious food.
Food, service & ambience fantastic 👍
Very nice quaint restaurant. Good food and lovely atmosphere. The service was excellent. I will definitely return.
Lovely place with great service! I have ordered soup and risotto and I was delighted with what I got :)
Would recommend and will be going back :)
Great place to eat, reasonably priced, would go again.
Nice food and very cosy ambient. Wish to have more vegan options. In overall it is highly recommended.
Authentic Italian - all our dishes were very tasty and our servers were friendly and helpful. Lovely experience
Absolutely fabulous restaurant with super service ! Food utterly delish! Especially the Venison . Will return
Super dinner with excellent service. The 4v of us enjoyed a 'taste of Italy,
Fantastic Sunday lunch. Great value and great service. Would highly recommend
Love, love, love. Favourite spot in Ranelagh. Nicest staff, great food.
Great service. Great food! Home food
Exceptionally good food and super service with a great atmosphere
I've eaten here several times since it opened last year and it is probably my favourite restaurant in Dublin. The food is amazing but what stands out more than anything is the service, the staff are fantastic.
Excellent meal - have had dinner and lunch in the last two weeks and both were excellent.
A little gem in the heart of Ranelagh - well done Giorgio and Giorgio
Amazing food and warm service. Best Italian in Dublin at the moment, authentic Italian food. Had the prawn linguini this time and it is off the charts. The quality of the ingredients and the skills in the kitchen really shines throughout the menu and the front of house staff will put a smile on your face.
Lovely small restaurant with excellent food. I took my elderly parents here and although they lived the food, service and general environment my hard of hearing father struggled with the noise of the restaurant, the acoustics were very poor. I’ll definitely be back, but probably not with my father.
Everything was great except the noise. Sometimes it was really loud so we couldn’t hear each other...
But the food was delicious and the staff wee really nice!
Can’t remember the last time I was this impressed trying a restaurant for the first time. Food was outstanding, so authentic and arguably the best you can get in Dublin.
Giorgio Senior exuded that great charm that the Italians excel at. A fantastic, casual, neighbourhood restaurant. Will be back over and over again.
We had a delicious farewell dinner with our son in this restaurant last Monday . We all loved the menu the choices and the delicious red wine we chose to go with the meal . It was a fitting end to our sons holiday prior to his return to Australia I will definitely return to this Restaurant the service the food and the atmosphere was delightful
Food was excellent as was the wine there was 9 of us. Every one of us said it was excellent
Fantastic menu. Between the two of us we got 2 starters, 2 entrees and 1 dessert. Every dish was superb. The tables are close to each other and it can get a little loud but other than the noise I have nothing but good things to say about this place. A little taste of Italy in Dublin.
This is a super and authentic Italian run by a very experienced team. Excellent food, service, and wine list of gems if you like Italian wine. Only downside is the noise.
Food last night was delicious and the specials were incredible! We had the special starter and main, excellent!
i LOVE THIS PLACE, THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC , STAFF ARE SO GOOD AT THEIR JOBS AND THE AMBIENCE IS PERFECT- A REALLY GOOD NIGHT OUT
Love Gigi’s. Fantastic food, great staff - v knowledge and attentive. Looking forward to my next visit already!
Another return visit and another successful night in Gigi's.
Outstanding food and a great staff... Highly recommended
Yummy comforting food. Warm service. Good value neighbourhood restaurant.
We had a super night at GiGi. It was great fun for a large group. The food was fantastic, particularly the flank steak special and the Dublin bay prawn linguine - excellent value also
Gorgeous, really tasty true Italian food. Service was good but when it started to get busy you could see the staff was struggling slightly. However I would recommend and go back again.
Beautiful food and fantastic service. probably my favourite Italian in Dublin now.
Had a fantastic lunch here on a Sunday, staff are so friendly and charming and the food is just fantastic. Could not recommend it more!
Gigi is a real find. The food is spectacular with the mozzarella a particular stand out. Service is excellent (ask for recommendations) and there are interesting specials. Ignore people who carp about a small menu. It’s a small restaurant so couldn’t sustain a large menu of this quality. All around this restaurant deserves to do well.
Loved Gigi’s. Had a great meal with great service. We will be back.
