I felt that it was way overpriced for what you got.

We did a wine tasting before lunch and the wines were lovely and the girl taking us through the tasting was terrific. We intended buying some wine but by the time we finished lunch we were so disgruntled by the lack of table service we just couldn’t wait to leave and left empty handed. The staff were pleasant enough but they seemed to be grossly understaffed. We had booked ages ago and were looking forward to this lunch on the last day of our holiday but sadly it was a hugely disappointing experience.

A group of 4 went for a birthday lunch. Very good service but were seated next to the outside door which wasn't fantastic. The food was lovely. Two shared a roasted shoulder of lamb served with yoghurt. My pork belly served in a chinese bun which I ate in my fingers was very tasty. The wines were very complimentary. Overall a great afternoon.

Definitely will be back.

Such a beautiful place! Only thing we could comment on was our beef could have been hotter and the restaurant was quite cold with the doors open. Apart from that we loved being back there. Will certainly come again 🙂

Excellent wines, amiable staff, good food & pleasant comfortable ambiance.
A wine tasting after lunch is nice interlude but depending on the time of year the range of wines is limited as their quality prompts stock to fly out the door!

Outstanding....
But $9.00 extra for cheese on a platter I think was a little steep.

This visit we enjoyed and shared a delicious platter of meats, cheese, salmon, pate, olives and crackers. It went beautifully with the Ghost Rock Riesling. The weather was beautiful so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and the views across the vineyard, out to sea. My brother and his wife really enjoyed sharing the chicken and a garden salad. Te waitress was very accommodating and let us test a fume blanc before we settled on the Riesling. Also stocked up on the Super Natural Pinot for my daughter which she loves.
Ghost Rock is a must visit whenever we stay in the area

The main course of flathead that we ordered was disappointing as it comprised a large serve of the fish awash in olive oil and little else. I would suggest that menu item would be much improved by providing less fish with suitable accompaniments. To suggest that a side at $9 in addition to a lunch menu main of $34 is unrealistic. We eat out frequently and most places provide better balanced meals.

Found the amount of menu choices, particularly starters or deserts, to be very limited. Lovely tasting food but quite expensive for the amount served.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Ghost Rock is a beautiful setting making the dining experience very special. It is a limited, quite expensive menu but very tasty. This was my third visit and I will definitely be going back again. It was great they were open over Easter as many other places were closed.

Always a pleasure dining at Ghost Rock Winery. The ambience is wonderful, highlighted by the beautiful views over the vines through to the ocean beyond, and the welcoming ‘homey’ feel created by the friendly and accommodating staff. The food is always delicious and of generous servings ensuring that we don’t go home hungry. Their wines are superb and amongst our top favourites- particularly the Zoe which is our ‘go to’ sparkling these days.

An amazing architect designed building (assumed) with amazing views over the vineyards to the sea. Service was excellent from the first interaction when we walked in the door and continued throughout the meal. The food was fresh and delicious and suited a sunny Sunday lunch. We really loved the 2019 Oulton Single Vineyard Chardonnay that we had with lunch. Highly recommended...

Can’t fault Ghost Rock! We were a late (last minute) lunch booking, the service was friendly and faultless, the food genuinely delicious and well presented. The wines worked well with the meal and the view over the vines to the sea beautiful. The biggest problem was that we had to leave (other places to be).
