The food is always delicious, and we were incredibly appreciative of the lovely gesture recognizing our anniversary on the night.

The only area where perhaps an improvement in service could be achieved would be in relation to staff's knowledge of the wine list. Our waitress was unable to assist me in choosing a suitable wine with the only contribution when I asked if there was a wine option that wasn't too dry being 'everything is dry'.

Thank you again for a delicious experience. We'll be back for our anniversary again next year.

The food was good but not worth the $275 Bill that went with it and the place is loud which is fine but is hard to hear what people are saying.

Gazi is just too noisy. Our table of 7 could not all join in one conversation as it just too hard to hear each other. We tried to discuss food options with the waitress but we really could not understand or hear well. Our meals were then totally confusing when they arrived. Be it, the food is lovely, except the food really needs to be shared. Our Group wanted to have individual meals and this did not work so well.
We would not return.

Once you get used to the noise levels in the room, it is great. Food - especially dips are to die for. Beetroot falafel was overwhelmed by the wrap (too much dough or not enough falafel. Chicken was a little bland and tuna fish grilled not great

We love coming to Gazi for special occasions. The food is exceptional. Can be a tad noisy but it all adds to the fun and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are calm and always look relaxed and happy. Children are always welcome. We try not to eat too much before we come so that we can really enjoy it! Thank you.

Went for Sunday lunch. Very busy lots of chatter and noise level a bit problematic for older members of our party. (Restaurant was full.)
We had booked a table which I would recommend you to do, unless popping in there mid afternoon for a coffee/drink.
( Can't fault food and service. 10/10. ) Thanks to all the Gazi team.

This was my third visit to Gazi. I was looking forward to dining with my family. We were disappointed as the food came out quite randomly. Three of us ate and finished before two of us had food. I did query this at the time and was told it would be straight out. Regardless, others had to watch while we ate when they had finished. This was uncomfortable and quite avoidable had the wait staff brought all the food together as I had ordered. Don’t be back .

Bread was good. Wine was good. Service was attentive but pushy at times. However menu was limited and way over priced. We ordered starters and they came quick. The taramasalata spread was great but not enough bread. We got the quail which was under seasoned and only half a quail. It does not say that on menu - false advertising. They should state half or whole. By the time we finished starters we wanted to leave. It was too busy, noisy and lacked ambience. Nothing in the mains looked good. Salad choices were boring.
Reminded me of a greek McDonalds. Lots of kids and families (surprising because its pricey). Not a good place for a settle-in dining experience. It is more a wham bam outta there fast quick feed.
Disappointed.

We were given a gift voucher to dine at Gazi and as we were going to be in Melbourne we booked our table!
Staff very attentive and professional, interacted with diners. The food was very good, loved the lamb shoulder (highly recommend it) and the waitress was able to suggest the warm salad to accompany it - good choice. The bombe alaska was DIVINE - although there was only 2 of us we put a good dent in it!!!!
Highly recommend Gazi.

The meal was lovely, but I felt that the base feed me ($69) offering was a bit light on the meat. Also surprised that it didn't include Lamb (it is Greek after all). I would recommend the next option up as that had more meat options. That said, I did leave feeling full. Average value for money, once you throw in a bottle of wine, its ~$120 per head.

We have dined at Gazi before & really enjoyed it. Because of this we decided to go back. This time was terrible we will not be back. There are far better places to dine in Melbourne & less expensive. We had the 8 course menu selected by the chef & really not one dish was enjoyable. Every dish was over salted & the dessert was dry donuts with chocolate poured over it & no flavour at all.( we didn’t eat the dessert so unlike us) Gazi is owned by George from Masterchef & I’m sure he would not have been happy if any of the contestants put up food like we had at Gazi.

Gazi was lovely we had a great time. We ordered the Saganaki to start which was beautiful! (you must order this) and the Soupia (Grilled Cuttlefish) which was also very nice. We then ordered the Chicken which was cooked very well. The staff at Gazi were very friendly and attentive, thank you!

Table of 8people but it was so noisy we couldn’t all talk to each other so it was very disappointing. No reason for the music to be so loud. Taylor Swift adds nothing to the ambience.
The foot itself was tasty but it was extremely overpriced for such small portions. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great service but found the donuts very doughy and couldn’t eat them and the music was a bit too loud. Our bowl of chips we received with our 7 course meal were over cooked and oily and mostly small crunchy chips. When your paying 49pp you expect descent chips.
