    I brought my mother and wife to Gallagher’s on Tuesday night. I went on Saturday and had a great time my server was Luke, I wanted to write a good review about him but forgot. I have to write something now because this time the service was horrible. I think I had Britney and in my bill it said shared server, they supposedly broke the dish when the food was coming out and never told me until 45 minutes later, I had to ask what happened. Than they saw I was upset than the manager came and said she would take care of my appetizer $16 .. Dinner was $175. The food here is great, be careful on what day you go there, we ended up being the last people there. We got there at 6:45 and left at 9:10p. Very upset, atleast the food is good. The servers are always fast and asking questions than bolting off, they need to spend time and talk to the customers instead of just getting the job done. Pretty bad

    Reservations were made on ten OPEN TABLE app. i indicated that Ives sour 35th wedding anniversary. The dining specials of the evening had a Happy 35th anniversary heading. That was so thoughtful and our waitress was amazing!

    My wife and I had the worst experience ever. Our reservation was for 8:00 PM, and we arrived about five minutes early. We were seated promptly, and a young man filled our water glasses and asked how we were doing. After that initial encounter, we sat there for about 20 minutes watching four different waitresses attend to other tables nearby. Not a single person made eye contact, acknowledged us, or even offered a simple "Someone will be right with you." After waiting with zero service or communication, my wife and I decided to leave. We will not be back.

    Steak was a little over cooked, but I've had over 10 good experiences here so I will just chalk it up as one I will have to live with. Although it was not medium well, more on the well-done side, we will back. The quality of beef makes up for the overcooked so overall my wife and I had a great date night and of course we will be back!! The fresh French bread with a glass of Merlot is to die for so we will be back. Thanks for the phenomenal hospitality!!! We will be back!!!!!!

    Food and service great. Just a little pricey. Spending $200 for a couple and getting two entrees, appetizer and a drink is steep and something we can’t do weekly.

    We enjoyed our evening with friends at Gallagher's in Slidell. The wait staff was professional and attentive. The food was delicious and our steaks were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was cheerful and welcoming.
