Found this spot looking for an elegant night out while celebrating a Birthday. What an amazing experience! Ambience, Music, Hospitality and Food - All Wonderful. Worth a visit, worth a comeback. Don't forget to BYOB!

The food and wait staff were excellent! The waiter gave us the back story of the restaurant and how his father started there as a dishwasher, moving to bus boy, waiter, manager, and later owner. The American experience!

Fusion 27 never disappoints. Outstanding and interesting food that elevates the dining experience. It is also a BYOB and overall it rivals the Saddle River Inn! No more needs to be said. If you haven’t tried Fusion 27 make it your next stop!

We have been going to Fusion 27 for 3 years and have never ordered anything that was that turned out to be less than amazing. The food is to die for and our service from Gianna could not have been better. I would highly recommend Fusion 27!

I choose this spot to eat not only for their great food but because of how welcoming they are. Every dish I’ve tried leaves me always pleasantly surprised. The staff is great!

Great dining experience! Short ribs with gnocci, glazed salmon, halibut with ridotto, chicken with perfect flavors, interesting appetizers and salads, pear tart, tres leche , pistachios dessert with cappuccino super!! Definitely special and worth eating out and excellent service! Thank you!
