Great food, but it felt like we were a burden by being there. It was valentines, but the team were all very stressed and not very friendly. We had to ask for them to take our order, remind them about drinks and ask for the bill. Plus the lighting / decor was a bit dated. The food however was INCREDIBLE, so tasty! Will be our new takeaway

Got seated in the lower ground floor. It was extremely cold in the room, could not understand why others did not complain. My girlfriend had to keep her coat on the whole time. The atmosphere was rather dull. There was no background music and the room generally did not look very attractive. The food was alright though.

I threw a surprise party here for my girlfriend. It was very easy to book, the staff were extremely helpful, seated everyone before our arrival and even decorated the table! The food was good and a reasonable price, no complaints from anyone on our table. The only minor points would have been the lack of water jugs left some a bit thirsty and if you book an early seating it may be very quiet. All in all a great experience and I hope to go back, just the two of us to try more of the menu!

Food was very good. Hard to find good sushi in Bristol so this was a welcome find. However, we were sat downstairs which is very dark. Would recommend sitting on ground level.

We had a late booking and sat down just as the rush ended, so the atmosphere was rather quiet, although it wasn't awkward or stifling. Service was very pleasant and timely and the food was very good. Can't ask for more from a local sushi place. As a word of caution to those with big appetites or those who like to try everything, you'll spend a lot more than £25 a head, but it's definitely worth it

We were sat right next to the door even though we made a booking. Door opening and closing all evening. Cold atmosphere with no music and the slide tv in the background. Sushi ok but nothing to write home about.
