While we had a lovely lunch, the ending could have been a disaster. One of our party fell and,luckily for her, landed heavily on her bottom but she came close to toppling forwards and would have somersaulted down several sandstone steps. As many of your patrons are older/ elderly , it is unbelievable that there is no handrail to prevent falls. I feel that this really should be investigated. Look forward to feedback on this. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing lunch at Frogmore Creek winery. The food was delicious - sharing plates of scallops with a light curry sauce, chicken dumplings In a light broth and mushroom and truffle arancini. The cheese platter for 1 was so generous that we shared and it and then also shared the amazing Honey B desert We matched the food with a few different wines as recommended by our waiter and it was nice to try some different ones. We sat out on the verandah with a lovely view over the vineyard and the noise level was low which is a refreshing change from cit restaurants We would highly recommend this restaurant and other guests were celebrating special occasions Christine on the cellar door sales was very helpful with our requests and we have signed up for their wine club

This was our third visit to Frogmore Creek Restaurant, Cambridge and once again, the food did not disappoint. The variety and combinations make interesting and delicious taste sensations and, as we always share a variety of dishes, it is very satisfying for the taste buds. The dishes are also so well plated up, like a work of art! The service is always good at Frogmore also. Thank you to all those staff who looked after us so well. This is the first time that we have been seated in the main area and we think that we prefer the alcove area off the gift shop where we have asked for and received a table by the window previously. Oh, and the last two times we visisted was to celebrate a birthday, which was acknowledged with a candle in one of our ordered desserts for the birthday-ee. We will be back for another special occasion.

Food was gorgeous Service very friendly and helpful, but no offer to stagger plates and everything arrived at once! Four dishes for two. Which was disappointing as the food went cold. Very noisy - 3 huge tables of celebrations. Maybe move them to one area and keep couples and tables of four in another area. Certainly a big enough space. Would return though. Food is fantastic.

Wasn’t particularly happy that we were not given the option of a glass of wine - instead a bottle of wine was sprung upon us, we didn’t want a full bottle of wine for $66.00! A bit cheeky!!!

Superb dining experience and wonderful staff. Tristan and Phoebe made the experience memorable. The food was beautifully presented and there was evidence of exceptional labour intensive, delicate preparation such as fresh centres in the chess chocolates, which must have been made daily.

Each course was a visual masterpiece as well as absolutely delicious. We all enjoyed the suggested wine pairings with each course and I appreciated being able to get most course gluten free.

We had a very delicious and beautiful birthday lunch with my brother at Frogmore, overlooking the glorious green garden, river and hills. The weather was perfect and the ambiance too. The birthday boy was acknowledged with a candle on his dessert and we loved sharing the plates of various delicious morsels on the menu. Staff were attemtive,and positive, but not hovering. The only suggetion for improvement is that the desk where people come to be seated is also the desk where people have to come to pay when leaving. On every visit we have found that this causes a bottleneck and either those arriving or leaving need to wait beyond what's reasonable. We had a most enjoyable lunch and we will be back for the next special occasion. Thank you.

The food was very good. We had shared plates from each category then a dessert. The scallops were exceptional. The lamb was great the salad was good with the arancini balls, apple & rocket salad. However, the desserts were beyond great & enjoyed by my husband and I. Thanks was a lovely, enjoyable lunch.

Wine tasting before lunch was the perfect way to find what we wanted to drink with our meal. The scallops and oysters were delicious. Pork belly very good also but crackling a disappointment, two of the three pieces weren’t hard. Beef carpaccio was also a hit. Loved the atmosphere and the 42degree south Riesling is now our fav wine.

The food and views were amazing. My only disappointment was the lack of a vegan main meal. All main meals were meat focused. The waiter was very helpful suggesting a salad which could have the cheese removed. This was an amazing beetroot salad; however, I did leave the restaurant hungry.

Superb food and setting overlooking the vineyards. Our favourite ceviche Huon salmon and delicious scallops. Served with a side beetroot salad, followed by the apple desert. Washed down with a single block Frogmore Creek Pinot 2010. A wonderful afternoon. Thanks see you next time. Kathy and Budd

The most beautiful setting, the view from the restaurant, breathtaking. The food was delicious and presented very nicely. Nice ambiance and the grate service. Will definitely recommend to others and return on my next trip to Tasmania.

Frogmore Creek is my favourite Winery for dining. Food and service were as usual top quality. My only negative was being told that the table was booked for someone else and we would need to be finished by a certain time. I was not aware of that. With Thanks.

The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. Although we were advised that the serving sizes of the mains were entree size, we found them to be sufficient although we still shared one extra. The table on the verandah with the view of the vineyard and beyond added to the experience. The desserts were particularly special. We will come back for them if in the region in the afternoon. Wonderful flavours and decorative. All the wines ( we each tried ones from Frogmore) were delicious. The service was very efficient and friendly but we did find that in an apparent effort to ensure we were enjoying the meal, the waiter did tend to interrupt conversation. This did not spoil our experience however. The shop is full of excellent variety of high quality gift items
