Great night, great food will be back again. Lots of food choices
Great night out with the family for dinner, plenty of fresh, hot and tasty food for dinner and desert. Live band was playing and the kids had a dance on the dance floor throughout the night.
Spicy chicken was delicious. Burger was very good. Prawn skewers generous serve, but seriously overcooked
Overall great for large group booking. Music too loud to be able to talk to guests.
Great food and reasonable price. Great for the family and an excellent kids area.
Food quality was a bit average and for the price was expecting better.
The extremely loud band caused us and many others to leave the club. What a shame.
Enjoyable atmosphere. family friendly and Service received through out the night was prompt & pleasant.
Great food and enviroment for a great price . Defiantly going back.
YOUR BUFFET PRICE IS FAR TOO MUCH, WE DON'T USE IT. SUNDAY EVENING MEALS THE MEATS ARE OKAY, BUT LEFT OVER FROM LUNCH REHEATED VEGETABLES, NOT GOOD AT.
THE GAMING AREA IS BORING AND THE MACHINES ARE SO TIGHT - A RIP OFF. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT ALL THE MACHINES WORK OFF ONE PRINCIPLE, ONLY THE GRAPHICS ARE DIFFERENT FOR EACH MACHINE.
WHERE ALSO ARE THE TEA AND OR COFFEE LADIES AND GENTS WHO USED TO COME ROUND IN THE GAMING AREA? VERY POOR DECISION TO EXCLUDE THAT SIMPLE SERVICE !!
I could not fault any dish, every section was well presented and the variety was well balanced, excellent night out.
Although there was plenty of variety on display the quality of some of the dishes were below expectations in particular the sweet & sour dish I had was only lukewarm and the pork was over cooked to the point that I could not eat it.
I tried some pizza which was cold and not enjoyable. I tried the roast pork which for me was the best serving I had. I also tried some fruit salad however the strawberries in this were very sour.
Overall not a great experience.
Food was lovely but a bit cold, great selection of food, not very busy for a Wednesday night which was great
Always great food - fresh and hot, family friendly fun!
Lovely venue, good value for money (we had 2 for 1) but not interested in coming back but perhaps will try the buffet breakfast.
Excellent food , presentation was good , attended the buffet & plate were cleared away quickly, restaurant was tidy & service was good.
Great value and service good food friendly helpful staff
Food was good and tasty. Good choice. Looked fresh. Staff helpful and friendly. Was too cramped at our table and noisy. Please put couples away from noisy children
My daughters 18 birthday.
All in all a lovely family luncheon. Good food, fast service. Thai salad probably the only thing I’d be picky about. Needs more Thai flavours like ginger lemongrass etc - meat was too sticky and sweet. But otherwise everything was brilliant.
Great night but seafood would have made it better.
Always a good variety of food. We had an early booking which was a plus for no line ups but we did find some of the hot food selection barely warm which was disappointing. Prompt table service.
Alwsys a lovely location, great food. Staff are always friendly and helpful
Nice fresh venue, we will be back in the future...……...
The food at the buffet isn’t very good the macaroni tastes like it’s made with a lot of cream? The fried rice tasted burnt the deserts weren’t great there’s an extremely hard tart filled with choc icing & chicken nuggets where hard/crusty. It’s clear the people that make the food don’t taste it.
Kids room/club have rude staff just snappy and grumpy to adults and children, I’m sure it’s tiring working with all those children but it’s the job isn’t it?? Also there was a fight at the table directly behind our large group of 11 we had front row seats to a fight with hitting and smashing cups etc 4 security came and took the family away but for our evening it ruined it for the atmosphere especially as my children seen an adult punch a child in the face but that’s not the clubs fault. Reception don’t know anything about the rewards on how to use you card in the pokies/gambling room. I find to be told I’m not sure how that works to be weird as it’s a large part of the club? I asked the cashier she was able to explain but there’s no info and I still don’t know if you can cash your points how you spend them etc or what the voucher is? But was given a pamphlet on the tiers.
The good things where the roast and pizza and we went on a Monday so the kids eat free with every paying adult and also the plates where cleared fast from the table. I wouldn’t go again to the buffet I think it would be better to spend the money on a better quality meal from their set menu. Also would only recommend the club to someone for gambling or pokies not necessarily for food at all.
Booked a party of 6 people, had a fabulous evening the food was great and covered all diet requirements. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for New Years Eve. Would definitely do it again.
New Year’s Eve in Frenzy’s was fantastic. We had a table of 12 and we all loved the seafood buffet and particularly the live band playing Eighties music. Didn’t leave until after 1am. Great night!
Even though we enjoy going there & the food is good, it’s always the same. Need to change it up a bit & to add more dairy free options especially in the dessert area. Also it’s a bit expensive. The price as almost doubled from when we first started going there.
Our favourite place to take family when they visit.
Staff very super friendly food came out very quickly everyone enjoyed the dinner
Variety & amount of food & general service was very good. Time in line for hot food was much too long...possibly required extra [ 2nd ] servery to streamline service.Unfortunately, where we were seated was in childrens area & right in front of music speakers....much to loud & noisy!
Overall, day was enjoyed by all though!
Had an excellent Christmas breakfast. Great value.
Unfortunately I booked on line and didn’t get the time I wanted. Which unbeknown by me was now in public holiday rates very sneaky by you
Our special lunch meals were all fine except for the fish n Chips - the fish was two tiny seafood stick size pieces.
Order was lost food did not turn up after 1.5 hrs ,then cooked in hurry so over cooked.
The food was really good. It wasn't too busy so it was a bit more pleasant than it can be sometimes.
It was a nice dining experience. Our first time there, check in to the restaurant was a bit daunting as the lady at the front made it feel like an interrogation when asking for our drivers licenses. Perhaps more appropriate to ask for any form of ID. Not everybody drives (like our visitor from NZ). Also the older lady at the buffet reservation failed to recognise our first visit as we awkwardly lingered round the entrance waiting to pay as she chit chatted to someone else in front of us. Instead of stopping for 2 seconds to tell us it opens at 5.30pm, (we arrived at 5.10pm) she instead said 'I can't take your money until 530'. Not the way I would've suggested that we had time to spare. She gave us our table number and we moved towards the table until it was time. However at 530, the young man who did take our money offered us membership for $7 in order to take advantage of a discount meal and that was appreciated! Thank you to him.
We were visitors from south Brisbane and NZ, we were there for a week long volleyball tournament and Sunday was the very last day of the tournament. It was a way for us to splash out for everybody's commitment - to have a nice dinner (this was our second choice as the revolving restaurant in town was fully booked). I noted when I booked the table, it asked me if I had specifics so I added a congrats message for my daughter who had competed. I noticed this was not recognised on our table. I suppose I was expecting some kind of acknowledgement on the table which my daughter would see as we approached. I would not have added it otherwise. If comments are merely for dietary requirements, perhaps that could be stipulated so as not to be disappointed by a slightly higher expectation.
The 1 point short of full marks was only because it lacked seafood options. However the moroccan fish was delicious. Everything else in the buffet was fabulous!
We didn't even mind the kids function happening in the dance area.
I'd recommend as a family restaurant event but not for great food. Good for large families.
Great food, atmosphere and fun. Live going there regularly.
I would like to see a new menu with more varieties as I come to Sharks often and have eaten many of the dishes on the current menu.
The food is always good and I enjoy the bands also, atmosphere is great.
