Food and hot to my standards which is unusual these days.. very nice

Food did not look as it did online was slow service even though was only few tables

First time in the Fox Inn very good food will come again very soon

Friendly little pub with good food, worth a visit. If you're lucky there's also car parking for a few cars. There's a decent beer garden at the back too.

Food and service time was very poor compared to the meal we had the previous week. It seemed with it being a half price night the kitchen staff could not cope with the sheer numbers of diners, so were hurrying cooking the food.

First visit to this pub and very impressed. Food was lovely.

The 2 young girls who were on duty were very polite and smiley even though they were rushed off their feet.food and service was excellent

Despite having a reservation it wasn't apparent that we were expected. No name or details were requested. No masks were worn by any guests or staff. Meal was ordered about 7.15pm but took an hour to arrive. The Hunter's Chicken was nice when it did arrive but unfortunately the desert was overheated and tasted burned after a further 45 minutes wait. It was quite obviously under-staffed, however the staff that served us were pleasant. The guests on the table next to us were friendly and we exchanged pleasant conversation. Overall, our first post-lockdown meal out was ok but slightly disappointing due to the waiting times for the courses despite booking in advance.

Good food and nice staff. A little slow service but really enjoyed the meal.

Turned up after a 45 minute drive (we were holidaying on the coast) to to find that they hadn’t checked the bookings and they had closed the kitchen. Not impressed

Basic overnight stay, noisy due to room being above the pub and a busy main road. Food was terrible, not able to eat it , it was so bad. Managerial Staff attitude was poor. Menu very limited and not as per on line.
Would not return and would tell people to avoid it rather than eat there.

Very impressed on our first visit here, with plenty of gluten free & vegetarian options available, nicely decorated & lovely staff. Will definitely be returning :-)
